From two of your favorite homes in Oceanside Village, Pelican Landing and The Lazy Pelican, Beach Bird Properties is excited to introduce our newest coastal retreat — Surfin’ Seagull. This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers one of the best views in Oceanside Village and is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.

Like our other popular properties, Surfin’ Seagull is just a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach, with a golf cart included for your convenience. Guests also enjoy access to private beach parking, so you can skip the hassle of searching for a spot and spend more time relaxing by the ocean. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella with a variety of beach essentials are provided to help you make the most of your stay.

The indoor pool and hot tub is located just a one minute walk from the home, making it easy to enjoy year-round swimming and relaxation. Whether you're soaking up the sun at the beach, taking in the beautiful views, or simply unwinding on vacation, Surfin’ Seagull is designed to be your perfect home away from home.

Please note: Smoking is not permitted inside the home, on the decks, or in the outdoor space beneath the home. Outdoor areas may be monitored by home security cameras. While this property is not designated as pet-friendly, we cannot guarantee it is completely free of pet allergens.

The Surfin Seagull is the perfect place for a family vacation. The house and accommodations are spectacular. The view from the porch is amazing. I think the porch is our family's favorite spot.

The best stay we have ever had in South Carolina!

The property is perfect. Everything is as described and the pictures do no justice. There were 8 of us who stayed and it was very comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor is unmatched. The hospitality was top notch as well. We never stay anywhere twice but I think we found our place!. The management is very personable and responsive. The community is full of great people and there are tons of things to do without ever leaving. The ocean is a quick minute golf cart drive which is provided. Everything was perfect. My family is leaving very happy .

A wonderful experience

This is an outstanding property. It was comfortable and a great place to gather. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were puzzles and games available. We were close enough to walk to the beach and when we wanted to stay we took the golf cart and parked in the reserved lot. There were beach chairs and games available to take with us. The best part of the house was the wonderful screened porch that looked out to the lake. There was also an open deck and on the concrete slab beneath the house there were rocking chairs and gliders, a picnic table and grill. There was room to park 4 cars so it was no trouble having guests. The facilities at OSV were great and it was easy for all to enter and exit the property. We would definitely stay here again.
