From two of your favorites in OSV, Pelican Landing and the Lazy Pelican, Beach Bird Properties introduces our brand new home, the Surfin' Seagull. We are pleased to offer this 3bed, 2 bath home with one of the best views in OSV! Like our other two homes, this is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach (cart included). Enjoy not having to look for a parking spot at the beach with the private beach parking . Complimentary beach chairs and various beach items provided. The indoor pool is just a short 30 second walk. This is indeed your place to relax and unwind! Smoking is not allowed inside the home on decks or the below the home in the outdoor space. Outdoor areas are subject to home security monitoring. While this is not one of our "pet friendly" homes , we do not guarantee that it is pet free. Allergens may be present.

Family Vacation

The Surfin Seagull is the perfect place for a family vacation. The house and accommodations are spectacular. The view from the porch is amazing. I think the porch is our family's favorite spot.

The best stay we have ever had in South Carolina!

The property is perfect. Everything is as described and the pictures do no justice. There were 8 of us who stayed and it was very comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor is unmatched. The hospitality was top notch as well. We never stay anywhere twice but I think we found our place!. The management is very personable and responsive. The community is full of great people and there are tons of things to do without ever leaving. The ocean is a quick minute golf cart drive which is provided. Everything was perfect. My family is leaving very happy .

A wonderful experience

This is an outstanding property. It was comfortable and a great place to gather. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were puzzles and games available. We were close enough to walk to the beach and when we wanted to stay we took the golf cart and parked in the reserved lot. There were beach chairs and games available to take with us. The best part of the house was the wonderful screened porch that looked out to the lake. There was also an open deck and on the concrete slab beneath the house there were rocking chairs and gliders, a picnic table and grill. There was room to park 4 cars so it was no trouble having guests. The facilities at OSV were great and it was easy for all to enter and exit the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation at the Surfin Seagull. The house and location was perfect in every way. The hospitality was evident from beginning to end. We definitely want to stay again next year! Thanks so much for providing our family with an excellent beach experience.
