The best was great. So was easy to walk to beach and boardwalk. Loved laying out by the pool. Was the perfect space for my family. Would definitely go back.

Great Property

Exactly as pictured. Stayed here few years back with 5 adults & 3 kids comfortably. This time only 3 of us. Beach is clean water was wonderful. Ativitieshappening every day at Seaside! NO shenanigans witnessed on boardwalk. Pool is great too!

Perfect family get away!

My family and I loved our stay! The condo was perfect for me and the four teenagers I was with. The house was clean and in a great location. The pool was really nice for early morning and after the beach The people in the complex were super kind to us and very helpful! I highly recommend this listing!

Memorial day weekend

The house was as seen in the advertisement. The rugs have to be cleaned and the couch has to be replaced, the cushions fall off and don't stay on. Plus do NOT stay in Seaside Heights!! There were teenagers all over and there were many arrests and even a stabbling.

Fantastic location and the neighbors we met were kind and welcoming! It’s a spacious unit and tucked off the street, which was great for noise at night. We had 7 people staying over 6 days and never felt like we were on top of one another. However, there are some things about the place that were frustrating. The main couches were stained and the cushions hardly stayed on one of them. Washer didn’t start (dryer worked so at least we could throw our towels in there). Burner on the stove didn’t light. You definitely need to bring just about everything ( dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). Communication prior to the visit was great. Tried to reach out once during our stay but response was slow.Overall, we loved the location and, as long as you can deal with the little things, the unit works great for a small vacation!

Location

Location was great, walked to boardwalk each night. Great communication from kim, every question answered in a timely manner. Some minor things regarding the condo but nothing that ruined the vac.

Wonderful Stay

This was my first time using VRBO. We had a wonderful vacation the house was clean and comfortable. Every question I had was answered quickly. The neighbors in the other units were very friendly and gave us great tips on activities and restaurants. We will definitely be booking again!! The only knock I had was the TV’s in the bedroom had no remotes and weren’t upgraded enough to log into our streaming services. We didn’t really need to as the main Tv was awesome and we could log into our Netflix account for my Grandaughter!

Family beach trip.

The property was perfect for us and exceeded our typical beach house expectations! Plenty of space, esthetically pleasing and very clean and welcoming. The pool came in clutch for our small children and the outside seating area was an additional bonus. The beach and boardwalk were a short walk and no big deal with our wagon. We had a wonderful vacation at Seaside and would definitely return to this accomodation. We had a great time at Hooks which is only a block away. They have a simply and reasonable menu as well as live bands on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed an adult night out there. Check in was easy. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. One nice lady even made us a list of local happenings she thought we would enjoy with our small children. Thank you!

Sister getaway

The location is awesome! One block to the beach! The condo is spacious- excellent layout! There is only 1 parking space. Boardwalk and beach are lovely! Not crowded at all Dining options are ok- I recommend Hemingways on Boulevard and Ocean View on boardwalk. Amenities are non existent in condo. No toilet paper or garbage bags! Dryer was broken. No remotes for bedroom tvs. A/c and hot water work well. I would not return to this condo but would return to this beautiful town Many other options in this lovely beach town

Great location but comes with a price

The best thing about this rental is the location. There are no sheets on the beds and the comforters provided have stains. We left one set of sheets for then to have. No bath towels are provided so we purchased some (2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths) and left them for the next guests. They charged us the full fee for cleanliness bc we left these items and didn’t “broom sweep” the main room. They also said there was food (Mayo in the fridge and a snack bag of chips) left behind, which was already in the rental when we arrived. There is already a $95 cleaning fee so I think that was ridiculous. We accidentally took the beach badges home which I offered to mail back with tracking but they refused to reimburse us stating they needed to be available for the next guests, meanwhile there were about 6 rentals and only 2-3 of them (including us) had guests during our 6 day stay. The pool is filled with sand as well as the shower drain inside the rental causing showers to feel like baths with water buildup. The Wi-Fi went out in the unit the day before our reservation ended so the tv didn’t work either.

Great vacation!

The house was beautiful and so very comfortable. In addition, it was very well maintained and clean and the pool was great. Kim, was a pleasure to work with and was so very helpful with any questions that I had. Everything about our stay was wonderful! I highly recommend!
