Step off the terrace and you are at the beautiful tri-level heated pool and beach area. You will definitely enjoy the direct access to the pool, beach and ocean that this condo offers.

Built with luxury in mind, features include granite countertops, beautiful Mexican tile, three-zone air conditioning, and FREE Dish Network satellite TV. Water is purified throughout the condo with UV and reverse osmosis technology. FREE calls to the U.S. and Canada included. If this were a hotel, this would be the prime room location - poolside, beachside and oceanside - it's all right there! All the dive operators on the Island pick-up and deliver right to your dock and then it's only a short walk to the rinse tanks.

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
