Amazing new home in newer neighborhood in Crystal Beach. Just a quick 4 minute walk to the huge beach that can be seen from the deck. High end furnishings and AMAZING kitchen that is fully stocked for all your needs. Living room couches are SO comfortable and recline to flat with the push of a button. Great Wifi/Internet. All rooms have huge smart tvs. Living room tv is 80" and bedrooms are all 55". Sleeps 10. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all with new linens and pillows. Beach towels and all other linens are provided with no fee. Outdoor seating areas on the upper as well as the lower deck. Lower deck area also has a fire pit. Margaritaville drink machine as well as Keurig coffee maker provided. Charcoal grill and grilling area on upper deck. Queen air mattress provided as well. Dogs welcome with paid pet deposit. There is a gate to the upper deck so animals are safe to roam there.

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time. Check in was easy. Communication was great. Everything you needed was available from kitchen, washer and dryer, games, beach towels and more. Great location from the beach.

Great House!

We had a blast on our vacation. The location was great, and the host was very responsive and worked with us when we didn't have electricity due to a storm and couldn't do all the required cleaning at check-out. Highly recommend

Great vacation house

This house was great. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. The layout is ideal for a small family with kids as the guest rooms are bunk beds. I found it great that the fenced in area is attached to the stairs and there is a gate that allows pets to go up and down stairs without risk of getting out of the yard.

Great stay in Crystal Beach

House looked even better in person! Beds were comfy. It was very clean. Sitting on the porch each night was such a treat. The fenced in yard made was very convenient for a dog. Short walk to the beach and you can even drive your car on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend

Long weekend for birthday trip. This house is perfect. It has all things needed. Had an issue w the thermostat but Annette was quick to reply and resolve the issue. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Summer get away

The rent hose was simply amazing! The beach was right down the road. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need for cooking and dining. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend booking this house.

The home was perfect and in a good location with easy access to the beach.

The home was prepared with everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. The only downside was the mosquitos attacks when going downstairs (totally not the owners fault), but owner had provided repellent spray at the house We bought more for the next guest. In all, the house was a great choice!

Beautiful House - Great Location

The house looks brand new, very well designed and decorated and has everything you need. The linens were top quality! It’s a great location in one of the nicest and quietest neighborhoods on the peninsula. It’s a short golf cart ride to the beach and the house has great views of the Gulf. We loved the house and you will too!

Perfect

Spotless and well appointed. Everything we needed was there and then some. Beds were clean and quite comfortable. I walked to and from the beach a couple of times and it was fine. Typically, though, we all did the 3m ride on the golf cart. Very easy. We hope to return again soon.

Holiday Haven Obsessed 🤩

This property is absolutely beautiful, the home is so clean & new. The kitchen- which isn’t only so beautiful also has everything you could possibly need from utensils, pots pans and seasonings! tons of games which came in handy since we unfortunately came during a cold front. The home is so cozy and beds are so comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and Crystal beach always has the nicest people around. I am coming back in the summer for sure.

Amazing Vacation Property

Wow! What can we say???? Absolutely wonderful home. Every comfort you could need from towels to games to snuggly blankets to fans! A better appointed kitchen you could not find - every bowl, dish, cookware was there for anything you needed for cooking. Showers, beds and couches were comfortable and clean. Outdoor seating areas were perfect for reading the afternoons away. Neighborhood and walk to the beach was easy and safe. It was an absolutely perfect holiday and we could not recommend this home more!

The Gem of the Bolivar Peninsula.

Well this place is brand new, with all the fixings to have a great stay. If you can get properly stocked up on supplies, the house has everything you need to cook up a great meal, and have a great time. Margaritas will flow! Just add tequila! The house was only a short walk to the beach, but if you have a group of kiddos, get the beach parking sticker or rent a golf cart. The ferry is very convenient, and not terrible to get to the mainland. About 45 minutes to get from the rental to the Seawall on the other side. We had to cut our stay a little short, so we departed a day ahead of our reservation. How surprised I was to see a partial refund for the early departure? No one does that! Annette was great to work with, and if I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

Awesome cabin. Everything that you could have needed was provided. Extremely clean! Owner was incredible to work with. Would definatly recommend this cabin.

April 2022 Beach Trip

Great property that is just a short cart ride to the beach. We will book it again in the future. Would’ve preferred having cable television rather than apps being our only option. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We are Mike and Annette. Mike has lived in Hawaii for the past 25 years and Annette has lived in Texas the same amount of time. Mike recently relocated to Texas but we have a few 'Aloha' touches throughout the home as a nod to Mike's Hawaii history. There are also some 'Texas' touches because, well, Texas is the best!

This property is new. It is in a new neighborhood with streets and driveways that are paved and in great shape. It has an amazing airy feeling and is situated beautifully in the neighborhood with a view of the gulf for sunrises as well as a back deck that the sunset can be seen from. The neighbors are great and friendly.
