You're just steps from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the nature trails and bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Super cute, clean, and comfy in a great area

Cute. Nice set up. Has everything you need. Easy check in and check out. Area: Great location. Easy in and out. Great across the street ocean view and beach access. Clean pool and sauna.

Will not choose again

I received several emails highlighting that I could not check in until 3pm, tailored my day for this timeframe. When I arrived at 330 the condo was still not ready. A new washer had to be installed that day apparently, no communication from the rental agency. The next day, they wanted to come “clean” the floors, each day I was contacted for something, construction was taking place making it difficult to navigate from the elevators to the unit as well as limiting the parking. Location was ok. Would have been better off staying at the hotel 2 properties down for the amount of money we spent.

Great weekend getaway!

This was a lovely little condo with beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf. The condo itself is on the smaller side, with just enough room for our group of 4 adults. It was an easy walk to the beach, just across the street and down a path between the dunes. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for our small group. The view from the balcony was beautiful!

Great Unit in small complex

This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. It has a great location next to Gulf State Park with an unobstructed balcony view of the gulf. Short walk to the beach and never seems overcrowded or overpopulated. We will stay there again.

Review

Condo was filthy had to wash all dishes before using them. Floors had sand all over them and carpet had not been vacuumed. Chair upholstery was dirty and overall dirty for the amount of money we paid should have been spotless

Review

We had a great stay the only issue we had was that the thermostat kept changing on its own. There was a few times that it changed to 76 and 78 deg. We had to keep changing it back to 71 constantly. Not sure if this is a setting or if it is broken.

Great location!

We loved having an ocean view with the state park across the street. Cute condo at a reasonable price. First time to Gulf Shores and we loved it!

Gulf Shores - 1st time

The renting process was very easy. Everything did look like the pictures portrayed, but the room was very dirty. Wr had to do all the cleaning ourselves. Plus the 3 minute walk to the beach is definitely a lie, especially with a family.

Family friendly

Grand beach resort was so homie. We met so many locals that stay in the condos full time. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The kids enjoyed being able to jump in pool after the beach. We loved it and stayed in 402

Good place to stay.

Everything was fine except the tv. Never could figure out the channels. Could not find local weather/news. We're too old for this new electronic stuff.

anniversary weekend ruined

condo we reserved not available when we arrived so we were moved to a beach 20 minutes down the road. condo was outdated and smelled size and condition not comparable to what we booked. front door would not stay closed so maintenance had to come, cleanliness issues, location issues, just not what we reserved or expected... didn’t want to waste more of our time being moved to another condo so we just lived with it .
