This one-story home sleeps up to seven guests in two bedrooms.

Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, featuring a queen bed and charming coastal decor. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. An adjacent guest bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Spend sun-soaked days at the unheated, shared pool located just 100 yards away. The kids will love the community playground.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the carport. Three additional spots in the next-door lot are available (or can be used to accommodate a boat trailer).

The second-story living areas of this stilted home are accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.

If traveling with a larger group, ask about renting other nearby units as well.

Drive to Paradise Key Dockside Bait & Tackle to launch a boat or stock up on fishing supplies (1.3 miles).

Discover a plethora of shops and dining options in downtown Rockport. Enjoy bona fide Texas eats at Mac’s Pit Barbeque (3.7 miles). Sample local varietals at Winery on the Bay (4 miles).

Browse a selection of local paintings and crafts at the Rockport Center for the Arts (4.1 miles). Or dive into history at the Texas Maritime Museum (4.3 miles away).

Drive 5 miles to Rockport Beach for a day in the sand and gentle surf (parking is available for a $5 daily fee).

Venture 14.1 miles north to Goose Island State Park to see The Big Tree -- one of the largest live oaks in the world -- or to catch sight of native waterfowl.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
