Create lasting memories with the family in our Winnisquam cottage. Imagine wake up to peaceful lake views, just a few steps from the inviting crystal-clear water and soft sandy beach. Spend sunny days swimming in the shallow area, launching kayaks for lakeside adventures from the dock, or simply relax in the sunshine on the spacious deck.
The space
Discover our cozy Winnisquam cottage, a wonderful retreat for families and friends alike! Enjoy direct access to the lake at the Lord Hampshire resort's dock, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the water. Inside the cottage, find two comfortable bedrooms: a queen bed in the master and a second room with a bunk bed and a full-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for amazing meal times, and the gentle sounds of the lake from the screened porch create a truly peaceful ambiance. Book your lakeside getaway today! The cottage has a large TV to enjoy movies and shows after a busy day.
Guest access
Guests enjoy access to the entire cottage, including the private lake-view screened porch and our fully equipped kitchen.
Step right outside to the resorts private dock, perfect for launching kayaks or simply enjoying the waterfront. A day dock is available if you rent a boat. You'll also have direct access to the sandy beach for swimming, and a spacious deck for relaxing and taking in the beautiful Winnisquam Lake views.
The cottage is 0.5 mile from the amazing new The Lake Estate on Winnisquam resort and close to a shopping center and restaurants at the Tanger outlet.
All the Lakes region activities are near by, 20 min from Laconia and Weirs Beach, mount Gunstock offers winter and summer activities, tons of activities to explore.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please note that this is a non-smoking property (a $250 fee applies for violations).
Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM.
Feel free to bring your own kayaks to explore the lake! Our boat dock is for daytime use only; overnight docking will need to be arranged at an off-site facility. We kindly ask that you leave the cottage tidy upon departure. Enjoy your lakeside getaway!
