Check out the beach or relax with the golf course greens in this 3 level/ 2 balcony unit. Characterized by high ceilings and lots of natural light our fully equipped condo opens to spaciousness and comfort.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms unit offers the weekend crew the accessibility and versatility to enjoy the Palmas del Mar getaway.

Rental includes beach and pool access, clean linens, beach towels and toiletries.
The space
Our 3 bedroom unit has 2 king size beds, 2 twin beds, 3 roll-out beds, 1 queen size sleeper sofa. 2 Bathrooms, 2 balconies, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 fully equipped laundry room where you can find beach essentials, 2 high definition Tv’s, A/c units throughout and WiFi access.

Palmas is a walkable community, however is best if you bring your bike or rent a golf cart for easy access to restaurants and beaches.
Other things to note
Palmas del Mar offers a safe friendly feel, which you may walk, ride or drive at your convenience. Golf carts are available for rent in the community.

Also if you are into bird watching, afternoons are a full delight with parrots and a few other species.

The community provides an array of outdoor options such as tennis, hiking, golf, horse riding, sailing and discovering secret beaches!

Plenty of room and great for a big group.

We had a whole college team of 9 of us and we stayed comfortably with lots of room and beds. Very close to beach and great location. Would recommend staying here. Owners had great communication as well.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. The kids loved sharing a room (we were traveling with friends with similar aged kids). The beach is right across the street but unfortunately the waves are rougher and there was a lot of seaweed so it wasn't very usable. The pool was very close walk and nice but VERY warm so almost not refreshing (we traveled in June during a heat wave). We enjoyed the trail that is near the church and checking out some of the views from various areas. There was a farmer's market on Saturday near the school which had some vendors food and souvenirs. The host was very responsive and the kitchen had everything we needed.We cooked dinner every night were were there. Tennis courts were close but expensive to take 9 people (I think it was 25/hour per person). The hotel was a short walk for coffee/lattes in the lobby. Parking was easy. 2nd cars were able to park at the hotel for a small nightly fee (I think $5/night). The laundry was great, we were able to go home with most of our clothes clean! Lots of beach chairs and beach towels. We made day drips to Luquillo for a swimmable beach (go during a week day though, weekends were busy!) and Hacienda Munoz for the coffee farm. (don't use the address on their website) Had a great long weekend here! You can do grocery pick up from Walmart on your way in in Humacao.. just a warning it's a bit crazy so pick up is the way to go!

Nice villa near the beach. A lot of seaweed on the beach, could only put our feet in the water. Waves were very strong to get in. If you want a quiet place to stay without the hustle of the inner city, this is the place to stay. To get to Puerto Rico attractions it’s approximately 40- 60 minute drive. Which was ok with us. If you have 8 people staying, I would recommend to get a minivan(minivans are hard to come by with car rentals) b/c the front entrance will only allow 1 car per villa rental, as described in the amenities. We manage to figure out what to do for the second car, But what happens if you live there and own two cars? Overall we had a good time and the environment and atmosphere was beautiful.

Puerto Rico Vacation

The property is great and the views from the balcony were amazing! The owner was super friendly and helpful. When it came to any issues that we had, they were taken care of immediately. Definitely would stay here in the future, as well as, recommend this rental to friends and family.

Incredible home and location

This home is an a very safe, fun neighborhood. Seconds from the beach, pool, kids playground and walkable to many restaurants and bars. The house itself is very modern, clean and well stocked (including chairs and toys for the beach). You can’t go wrong staying here.
