The Sea Pear Cottage - Marsh views and steps from the beach

Welcome to the Sea Pear Cottage! This is our primary residence and is only available for rent when we are traveling.

We are a writer/photographer couple with two small children. The house will be tidy and clean when you arrive, but some of our personal effects and photos will still be around - it's not set up like a traditional quick-turn vacation rental. In turn, we ask our guests to treat our home like it's their own.

January 16, 2022 update: We've just listed the house while we're out west Jan-Mar.

We are one block from the beach - you step out the front door and it's a one-minute walk down a wooded trail out to the beach. It's a skinny part of the island, so in the back there are views across the mash to the Folly River.

We typically have guests staying in the downstairs Airbnb (separate entrance, separate parking, accessed from the back of the property; only shared amenities are outdoor shower and grill).
