Regency Towers #603 East is a 1 bedroom, 1 full bath gulf front condo with amazing gulf views. This beautiful condo offers 2 Queen beds and 1 Sleeper sofa making it sleep up to 6 guests with ease.

From the living area, step out onto the large, expansive balcony that overlooks the pool and the white sandy beaches of Pensacola Beach. The bedroom offers 2 Queen beds, a large flat screen TV and direct balcony access. The kitchen is open to the living room and is the perfect place for cook those favorite seafood meals or put together a fun basket full of goodies for the beach.

Complimentary wireless internet access is provided for guest enjoyment and a washer and dryer for convenience. Property amenities include onsite outdoor pool, elevator and tennis court. Entertainment, dining and shopping are just a short distance away.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful unit extremely well maintained and clean! The building is a bit old but unit was perfect. Decor and furniture were beautiful and in great shape. Pool areas clean and a large pool just steps from gulf. We will definitely book here again. Only suggestion is to ring your own pillows, ones provided were flat and uncomfortable. Otherwise this was the perfect stay!

It had options for us to eat at the dining table or on the balcony where we could see the ocean. The giant floor to ceiling windows were really nice to have during the day. We utilized the washer and dryer in the unit and that was really key for us with our two small kids. Our kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. My daughter, 5, kept telling us how much she loved our vacation home and how beautiful it was. Ha! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place could be really nice, but it needs a deep cleaning and omg the mattresses on both beds are in need of being replaced. I asked the management about this as I saw a review that said how bad the mattresses were, and I was told it would be handled. NOT!! Please get rid of the dusty FAKE PLANTS and clean the patio decking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo worked out perfectly for my family of five. Comfortable beds and a pull out couch. Very spacious and clean. The location and views couldn’t get better. We loved that we were right on the beach and didn’t have to cross a road at all. We watched the sunrise almost every morning right from the balcony. We would definitely consider staying there again!My only complaints: 1) the door to enter the condo is broken and we had a heck of a time getting in and out, 2) wished the pool was heated & 3) check in/out was kind of a cluster with only having an hour of the main office open for check in (although going to the sister office after hours wasn’t a huge deal) and not clear dropbox instructions for check out (which location).

Perfect one bedroom condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I stayed the end of June & had the most wonderful time. The condo complex is close enough to everything without being right in the midst of traffic. The beds were very comfortable and the linens & towels were great quality. We didn’t use much in the kitchen but what we did use, worked well. The washer & dryer were great. There was construction going on the outside of the building which we were not notified of ahead of time but they didn’t start making noise until after 9 AM. Two elevators & barely any wait time whenever we needed to go up or down. Very quiet - if there were people in the units next to ours, we never heard them. Check in & check out were convenient just up the road. We had a spectacular thunder , lightning & wind storm our first night there but we felt safe. Unit had a huge walk-in closet that was great for storing travel bags, etc.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Being right on the beach was a huge plus—we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the sand. The location was perfect for watching the Blue Angels. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described and pictured

This property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The view is beautiful, very short walk down to the beach and pool. We loved the location as it was wonderful being so close to all the shops and restaurants but far enough away from all the congestion and people. Here is why I gave an overall rating of 4 instead of 5. #1, which is a HUGE safety issue, the front door to the condo sticks extremely bad. It requires a small kick to open from the outside and a very strong yank to open from the inside. An elderly person or young teenager would not be able to open the door. There were times I couldn’t open the door and my husband had to do it. This could be very dangerous! #2, both the mattresses need replacing extremely badly!! The beds “sink” in the middle. It’s as if you’re laying in a crater. I’m not even sure how a mattress can get that way. They are so uncomfortable!! Both of these issues are very easy to correct and if they are addresses and resolved, our family would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great 4 night beach stay

It is a nice clean condo with a nice pool and short walk to the beach. We were there to visit grandson at NAS naval base. It is an easy drive to the base. The view from the condo is outstanding.
