Enjoy your vacation at this centrally located Trailside 45 Condo! Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City AND right next to the Tart Trail! This condo is close to everything that northern Michigan has to offer like award winning restaurants, wineries, bars, hiking trails, biking trails, and beaches awaiting you during your trip to Traverse City. Enjoy this first floor unit with easy access to outside, you will not be disappointed!

The Space:
This first floor condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms.

Kick back in the living room and input your own username into any of the streaming services to binge watch your favorite shows. The couch pulls out to a full sized bed if you have extra guests! (all linens included)
** NO LIVE CABLE. STREAMING SERVICES ONLY**

Walk into the primary bedroom where you will find a cozy queen bed (linens and towels included) along with a flat screen TV to stream any of your favorite shows. This room features a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a 3 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (basic utensils, basic cookware, basic dishes, 2 rolls of paper towel, 4 dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, and a Keurig). A few K-cups of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot.

Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. 4 laundry pods and dryer sheets will be provided.

We had an awesome stay. Check-in was easy but email communication was a little confusing. The property manager Riley Bullough was very responsive to our questions and requests. A few things to note:  one of the table chair legs is really loose and the chair almost gave way when someone sat on it.  We tightened it as much as we could with our fingers but needs to be looked at.  The sink in the bathroom with the tub has a VERY slow drain and needs to be addressed.  The shower mat to step out of the shower in same bathroom probably should be non slip, it was precarious stepping out at times.

Great location close to everything. On the first floor which was nice. Only down fall is the bedrooms are on the side of a busy road so a little noisy.

Spacious and modern condo in TC

I stayed for 2 nights during my son’s sporting event. The condo had ample parking l, was modern and clean and had everything we needed for our Thurs-Sat stay. The owner was very responsive. The location is conveniently located just outside of downtown but does have quite a bit of traffic.

Nice property in a convenient area

The property was exactly as advertised. It's a short drive to downtown or the areas by the mall. Neighbors were quiet and accessing the property was very straightforward. It was very clean, everything worked well, and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place to Stay!

My wife and I decided to visit this area, and this listing looked perfect. We booked it, and the owner was great about communicating with us throughout the process. When we arrived, everything was spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed that this location is right by the bike trail, and we could walk to a local shop to reserve bikes. The beds were very comfortable, and showers and kitchen were all excellent. We would stay here again!

TC Get Away

Check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was communicative prior to check-in. Plenty of parking close to the exterior door. The building and condo were very clean. We were pleased to have some basic amenities like cooking spray, salt, pepper, etc. available. Great price for great accommodations. My party agrees that we would stay here again.

Close to everything

This property was close to everything in Traverse City and was in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit and the prompt replies to inquiries we had during our stay. Would highly recommend this unit and would use it again when visiting Traverse City.

Nice condo near downtown Traverse City

There was really nothing to complain about this condo. The property manager thought of everything and even labeled the light switches. The beds were a little on the firm side, but brand new so probably just a personal preference. Check in and check out could not have been easier. The only negative on the property is that the bedrooms are on the street side of the condo. And it sits by a stop light. So you hear trucks shifting gears a ton. Otherwise, the location is great, only 5 minutes from downtown and the waterfront.
