Close to the Champ de Mars, the l'École militaire and with direct bus access to the train station Montparnasse St Lazare and the Champs Elysées, with many restaurants and cafés surrounding the place, this flat in the heart of Paris is perfect for visiting the city.
Located on the 1st floor of a residence with garden and lift, this tastefully decorated flat offers 41 m² of space. With its view on the courtyard and the garden, it is composed of :
- a nice living area,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- washing machine and ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi and DVD player,
- Fan.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
