This wonderful property is placed on one of the most attractive locations in Split, Croatia. We call it a perfect getaway, for it is a remarkable historical edifice, offering an oasis of privacy and luxury just a few minutes from city center. Villa Spalato is situated in city part of Split called Meje, which is a south oriented district in the west end of Split, just at the beginning of the forest Park Marjan. This remarkable house has been renovated in 2004, but because it is over a hundred years old building and due to its value, it is under protection of The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of Republic of Croatia.

Villa Spalato is a perfect luxury residence for 10 guests. It is a building of three floors with kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, from where you have access to two upper floors using inner staircase.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious hall with fireplace, kitchen, living room, dinning room with terrace, fitness, sauna and library.

On the second floor there are four double bedrooms 3 bathrooms and terrace. Villa Spalato is south oriented so you will have a wonderful sea view from almost every room.

Villa Spalato has all the luxury amenities you desire, all rooms have TV, wireless Internet connection and air-condition. Outside area of Villa is a spacious Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub in the center and an open air dinning area, which all together can be ideal for private GALA dinners and cocktail parties.
