With plenty of space for friends or family members to spread out and enjoy time on vacation, Sunny Days is a stylish two-story house that has it all! Prepare meals in the sparkling full kitchen or fire up the gas grill out back to add a little something special to your home-cooked menu. This getaway also boasts indoor and outdoor living spaces for formal meals, alfresco dining, or entertaining. You'll also find a gas fireplace, TVs for movie nights, a washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning to help you cool down after exciting days out and about in Newport Beach.

Fair Weather is a separate, independent space with its own entrance and ideal for a romantic getaway for two or a solo adventure. The single-level, open floor plan features a well-equipped kitchenette, a pub-height table for four for meals, and a living area with a plush sectional sofa and a TV all ready for streaming your favorite channels. It also includes its own separate washer/dryer, as well as central air-conditioning and high-speed internet access.

This one property offers three separate vacation rentals, all of which may be rented separately or together as Sunshine Fun Time to accommodate up to 16 guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: This property is equipped with 16 active, exterior security cameras monitoring the front, back, side yards, and driveway - audio/visual recording enabled.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
