Enjoy our newly remodeled condo in the family friendly area of West PCB. We have a beautiful gulf view from our balcony and are on the second floor of a low rise unit which means no upstairs neighbors, no elevators and no beach congestion. Our condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Everything here is brand new and thoughtfully curated. From the comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen, we have your relaxation in mind.
We think the best part is the amazing gulf view or the fact that you can be on the beach with just a few steps!
Our unit is conveniently located across from beach access 72 and is a direct and short walk from our door.
We are also located in a prime location, just two miles from Pier Park and close to all the amenities this beautiful area offers!

Nice updated place with easy access to the beach.

Even though we had a little hiccup, we had a lovely stay at Heathers place. She was attentive and responded quickly to resolve our issue. Upon arrival, the place wasn’t fully cleaned. Apparently her usual housekeeper had an emergency and had another company clean it and didn’t do a good job. She was prompt to respond and offered a full clean asap. I appreciate the call from her and her kindness and understanding to the matter. Overall the place is exactly what we expected and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the air conditioner after a long day at the beach. They have tons of beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and a wagon to carry it all to and from the beach. It was perfect. Only negative was the flight of stairs to get to the condo so if that’s not your thing, it might not be for you. We would still pick a flight of stairs over a busy elevator and all the people. It’s located on the quit side and it was nice not having to fight for beach chairs. The beach is directly right across the street and easy to cross. The pools was a short walk away and refreshing if we didn’t want to go to the beach. We would stay here again if we make it back to PCB. Thanks Heather!

Excellent stay

Very comfortable, quiet, updated unit. Parking right out front, second floor, so no one above. Comfortable bed! Cutest second bedroom/bathroom! Though we didn’t use it. And a water view! Hosts were very accessible and accommodating!

Family Vacation

Heather was a joy to work with! She was quick to respond to any needs we had. She let us know ahead of time the key pad to get into the condo wasn’t working and where to get the master key which worked out great. Loved that the condo was a short walk across the street to the beach. This our first vacation with our kids and they enjoyed the condo and beach very much. The only compliant we have is that the condos were having roof work done on them during our stay. Heather wasn’t aware of this occurring so it was no fault of her own. It did make it difficult to get to our condo 2 days. Other than that we had a great stay! Thank you Heather and Josh for being fantastic hosts!

PCB Vacation

Close to the beach as advertised..had a small issue with the parking permit..mgr was able to contact the hoa to make sure we didn't get towed..took a couple of days to get the permit, but all good. Place was perfect for our stay.

Everything was just as pictured. Kitchen was great as we like to cook. Overall unit was very clean. All communication with the host was always quick. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to family and friends. We had a wonderful time.

Pleasant stay!

PCB Trip 2023

I highly recommend this cozy little condo! Mrs. Heather answered any questions I had quickly and was very helpful on places to go and things to do since it’s been 22 years since we last visited PCB. The condo was very clean and in order. The short walk to the beach was no issue with our kids 4 and 6. The street was not busy. This would be an excellent place for your next vacation!

My son and daughter-in-law live in PCB but didn’t have room for family so this place was perfect… 1.5 miles to their place. Excellent location and great place. Heather was in constant contact to make sure our stay was wonderful. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful place

We had the most amazing time. We brought our three teenagers for their 15th birthdays, and first time to a Florida beach. We loved the convenience of NOT having to deal with a large condo, crowds, parking garages and elevators. Very easy access to the amazing beach. The condo provides just about everything you would need for a beach trip. If we come back to PCB we’ll definitely be staying here. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place and being a great host.

Great getaway location

The beaches were perfect, the home was very cozy and comfortable. It was a relaxing retreat for the family to reconnect and chill. This rental was perfect for our family of adult children, maybe not perfect for families of young children as the extra beds are on the second floor. The rental was stocked with much of the beach items that were needed to complete our fun on the beach; chairs, umbrellas, rolling cart and small cooler. Grab some sunscreen and bring your towels to complete your vacation fun.

Anniversary Getaway

We spent a very relaxing 2 weeks At Heather and Josh’s condo in Panama City Beach. We didn’t want to stay in a high-rise, so this was perfect for us. It’s an older complex, but this unit was completely and beautifully updated on the inside just as pictured. It is just across the street from the beach access and you have a beautiful gulf view from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. The towels are thick and soft and the beds are comfy. There are plenty of hooks to hang things on, which are lacking in many rentals. I especially loved the easy walk to the beach, the beach set-up and the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off our feet. We ate at Salty Sue’s, C-Level (thank you, Heather and Josh), Runaway Island and Sharky’s. All were excellent.

Gorgeous property across from the beach

We went on a mother/daughter trip for spring break. The property is updated and clean.. full kitchen. The girls had fun sleeping upstairs. We loved the view of the ocean. Wonderful patio to sit and people watch. Every morning we walked to Thomas donuts… highly recommend! It was a great location that wasn’t in a busy area. Hope to come back some day!

Absolute Perfection!

This was our 10th trip to west end PCB in the past 4 years and this was by far the best unit with the best property managers. Before our trip was over, I booked a second week in 2023 with the Kings! (Yes, its that good!) The unit is private, quiet, exceptionally clean and cared for, and parking is very easy and plentiful. The beds are comfortable, there are board games, sand toys and even a beach cooler. The owners have thought of everything so that all you need to do is get to beach and start making memories. FIVE STARS!

Winter retreat in Panama City Beach

We were snowbirds spending 4 weeks + at this property. First, the property had a great view of the beach and Gulf out the front window and porch. Inside everything was new and spotless. Appliances were of high quality. King bed on first floor was very comfortable. Bathroom on first floor had large shower. Heating and cooling was as expected. Kitchen was adequately prepped. Overall a great remodeled property convenient to the beach as well as minimal traffic and noise.

Beautiful and great location

Very impressed with the condo, my favorite was the kitchen! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could think of, my only advice would be to bring a few extra trash bags, otherwise they supply you with above and beyond what you need! The location is perfect, you just walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Love that they provide a wagon, cooler, toys, chairs, umbrellas…they thought of it all! We loved our stay and was very impressed how kind and quick the owners responded. Will be back!!

Fantastic location and very spacious!!!

We were so lucky to find this condo on Vrbo for our families PCB vacation. The unit is very spacious for our family (6-total). The place has been renovated and is clean and modern. Literally right across the street from the beach. Everything in PCB is within a short driving distance and our family always had something to do. The beach supplies like the chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have. Everything was just great!!

Nice updated place, good location.

Condo was clean and updated. The separated bedroom upstairs was awesome for the kids and for parents quite time! Access to the beach was quick and easy! Communication with owner is top notch, very quick responses. My family had a great time and if we come back to Panama City Beach, this is the place to stay!

Southwind is perfectly located! We wanted to be in a low rise and close to the sand! I think we achieved that!! We love our little community here and think the best part is that we are steps from the beautiful gulf but also so incredibly close to all the conveniences this beautiful area has to offer!
