This recently updated condo just across the street from the stunning white sand beaches of Panama City Beach! We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards, & beach toys! Pool is less than 30 feet from the front door! Enjoy the new shared greenspace with picnic tables, grills, pickleball, putt-putt golf. Only 2 mi from Pier Park and minutes to top restaurants & attractions. Relax on the patio, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, and unwind with smart TVs in all bedrooms!
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen sized bed, two side tables, dresser, and spacious walk-in closet with walk-through access to a bathroom. Sliding door in master bedroom leads to a large patio area with a table and chairs for additional entertainment or quiet seating space.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, side table, dresser, and closet. Sliding door in bedroom leads to a large patio area with a table and chairs for additional entertaining or quiet seating space.
Bedroom 3: Twin daybed with twin trundle, dresser, and closet.
Living room and all bedrooms have Roku TVs with cable channels and streaming capabilities. High speed internet is available in the condo.
The open concept living area allows for easy entertainment with family and friends. The roomy living area has three armchairs and a couch. The eat in dining area has seating for six, and four barstools provide additional seating.
The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love cooking on vacation! Both a Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available for your morning pick-me-up, along with a starter set of K-cups, ground coffee, tea, creamer and sweetener. Cooking oil, salt, pepper, and a small supply of cooking spices are stocked. A starter supply of paper towels is also provided. Bring out your inner chef with Greenware pots and pans and silicone cooking utensils!
Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up towels. A starter supply of toilet paper is provided.
In unit laundry (washer/dryer) is available with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. A drying rack is located in the master closet for hanging wet suits and beach towels.
We are happy to provide games, beach towels and beach toys for guests to use during their stay! There is also a beach umbrella, wagon, several beach chairs. We provide pickleball paddles, balls, putt putt clubs and balls and horesehoes for during your stay. The condo is child friendly with some children`s toys, games, puzzles and books available.
Shared condo greenspace includes pickleball court, horseshoe, putt putt golf, picnic tables, and charcoal grill. Grill utensils are stocked in the condo, but charcoal is not provided.
The condo is less than 200 feet from the beautiful and endless white sand beach! It is just over 2 miles from Pier Park, only a 7 minute drive away. This is the quieter side of Panama City Beach that is close to residential neighborhoods, but has the convenience of being a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, family friendly activities and night life if you are looking for some late night entertainment.
Sidewalks are available for walking to nearby restaurants and shops; there are many crosswalks for safe passage to the public beach access.
One complimentary owner`s parking pass is provided with the booking. One additional guest parking pass can be purchased for $25. HOA regulations limit parking to two vehicles per condo and allow for a 14 day parking pass; longer stays require an additional parking pass extension for $25.
Uber and Lyft services are also available in Panama City Beach for guests who do not have a vehicle.
We are available for guests if needed! Guests will be provided a unique keycode for entry for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
This is our personal vacation home so please treat it with respect. We hope you enjoy the space and proximity to the beach as much as we do!
The condo complex is converting the tennis courts and shuffle board area into a green space within the next year. The shuffle board area and tennis courts will not be available to use during your stay due to the updates.
If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
- Rental Agreement must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code of entry.
- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity.
- No parties or events allowed in the condo. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 8 guests allowed in the condo.
- Guests cannot bring pets per HOA rules. Additional fee of $500 will apply to any guest who violates HOA rules and brings a pet.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the condo. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the condo.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the condo.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the condo.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using front & back porch spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum outside of quiet hours. Quiet times per HOA are 10pm - 10am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and patio, back patios and yard, side yard, and parking lot immediately in front of the condo. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of the wifi will result in immediate termination of the booking.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances including hurricanes, tropical storms, etc. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
