Cozy cottage in very quiet neighborhood is nestled at the waters edge of Apalachicola Bay. Features include; 2 bedrooms and Loft, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, private dock and much more. NO SMOKING. Amenities: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Microwave, and more. *Pets Allowed under 30 pounds, $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. My wife and I saved all year for this vacation, and it was not cleaned right. The Tv's did not work right. went to the office talked to the manager and they tried to fix their mistake, but the damage was already done. We left a couple of days early we had enough. Besides all of that fishing was great and eating good weather was fantastic. The house was in a great location looks very nice on the outside. They need to teach the cleaning company how to clean and fix the TV's

The house was filthy and unsafe

The deck boards were rotten and one broke under my foot. The railing was about to completely fall apart as well

Get away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed staying at Bienvenue, it was wonderful sitting out on the dock and watching the dolphins. I love that you were able to hear the ocean and it was just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. I never did figured out how to use the TV, not sure if there was cable or not , because it never came on. I'm glad I went to the dollar store , there were very limited paper products and no seasonings , salt and pepper. I think the beds could use an update, they were not very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place .

This property has a beautiful view. I’m not sure if it has been renovated recently but it was very bare. There were no rugs and sand on the floor was a big problem.

It’s basic as it comes , bed and towels were washed but windows was filthy and the view is what sells this place if you don’t mind bay side . House is just older and needs attention, would I stay here again yes but not for 1600+ dollars for a week . I’d go somewhere else first .

Wonderful 2 Weeks at Bienvenue!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 2 weeks, sun, sun, sun. Beach multiple times lots of biking (one 26 miler) golf and of course the seafood. Lots of shrimp and oysters. The house was a pleasure to come back to after our daily adventures. Sitting out on the deck watching the fish jump and the dolphins play while reading our books was just so relaxing. Hated to leave but we'll be back!!!

Stay at Bienvenue

Location is nice. House was clean. House has BASIC essentials. Has pots and pans, silverware, dishes, etc. Prepare to bring everything else. No salt and pepper, etc. we were given one trash bag and one roll of TP. There were pods for the DW, one dish towel, no dish soap. Not what we usually have experienced.

Girls get away

The house was just great, with an amazing view. It was very clean, and was perfect for us. I will definitely be coming back with friends again, and next time I would love for my family to stay in the house

Good view of bay. Kitchen was equipped with enough to get by if cooking. Pillows were ok but not my favorite. TV was not good. No cable just local stuff.

Reviewer Comments: For our first time staying on the bay side, we were impressed with the Openess of the house; amazing view from the bay windows; air conditioning was incredible even though it was the hottest days of summer -- house was refreshingly cool! Sunsets were gorgeus. Enough space for 4 adults comfortably but the loft A/C needs replaced if someone was staying on that level (rusted unit). A bench or chairs on the dock would be a nice addition. Outdoor furniture was rusty too and should be replaced.

My husband enjoyed the fishing from the private dock. We didn’t want for anything in this beautiful home. I enjoyed rocking in the rocker in front of the glass doors admiring the views and watching dolphins swim by. Would definitely stay here again. The location of the home was peaceful but close enough to any place you would want to go.

A great place to vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year at Bienvenue and we've reserved if for next year. We love it. It's clean, quiet, in a very secluded neighborhood. It is right on the water and dolphin swim off the end of the dock in the afternoon. I was disappointed that there were some general repairs that needed to be made on a deck railing and one of the blinds that covers a beautiful view would not open in the living room. The living room TV was not programmed well but one of the Suncoast employees gave us a temporary fix.
