Great cottage for large families. Features include; 4 large bedrooms, 2 baths, large living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, large sundeck overlooking the beach and much more. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Outside Shower, Fish Cleaning Table, Grill and more.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Dunescape-A Great Place to Spend a Week at the Beach!

The seven of us utilized the well stocked kitchen, relaxed in the spacious, comfortable living area, and enjoyed being just a short walk to the beach. We plan to return to Dunescape in the future.

Dunescape in October

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love staying at Dunescape. Just a couple of comments about upkeep. Please replace the entire set of teflon pots and pans, they are all scratched and we could not use them as that is a health hazard. The tea pot was also unusable. we could only use one little stainless steel pot with a broken handle. also, please replace lightbulbs, some lamps were not usable. It would have been nice to have access to the outdoor pads but the key to the closet did not work. Besides that, everything was great! You can't beat the location. Thank you~

Dunescape 2024

our communication with them was wonderful during and after the hurricane... check in process was easy as well.. when we got to the home, we were unpacking everything and went into the living room to sit .. one of our guest sat down in the recliner and it moved a tiny bit.. under it was a large area that the floor was broken and was covered up by the chair... a few mins later we looked and there was a hole in the floor that was clearly open as of someone had tried to cover these areas with rugs.. the living room was was so thick so someone looked under it and there's an old dirty rug underneath the better one.. we loved the location for sure... we knew the fridge would take a while to cool so we awaited to get groceries.. sunday afternoon we stocked up.. monday tiesday wednesday and thirst i tried to contact someone to help, no answer yet they had been so helpful before we arrived.. we cooked one meal and was getting the plates out of the cabinets and there were roaches everywhere.. i notified them as well and on THIRSDAY they sent someone as well as a repair man for the fridge, we only had use of a cold fridge for one day...my only other complaint is each person were given 1 towel and 1 washcloth and only 1 kitchen towel.. once again, i addressed these issues from saturday but no help until thursday afternoon.. its in a perfect location but the communication was bad and the joke was not up to par for any guest... not with bugs, and no fridge, numerous floor issues & holes..

It is perfect for our small group (5 adults and 2 children nder 12). The beaachfront location and proximaty to the state park are big drawing cards. Beds are very comfortable. I can't think of any reason not to stay here (unless you have a larger group than we do). We will be back again next year.

Lovely Stay

Review of property

Property was nice and spacey. The only negative was the price. St. George is fast becoming priced out of range for average people. We have been staying a week on the island for years, but this will probably be our last time.

Our second stay here

The fact that it ws our second year in a row stay at this particular property pretty well says it all. It has been updated a bit (paint, flooors, amenities, etc.) so we enjoyed it even more this yeer. Will be staying here again on our next trip to the area.

I was so surprised and delighted with all the upgrades when I arrived this year. New furniture, new floors, new mattresses, new stairs, new deck furniture, new TV and more. I loved all the improvements and that it still felt like the Dunescape I so love. Being able to watch the sun rise and set is an added bonus! And the location is fabulous!
