The property is wonderful. By far exceeded our expectations. Located right on the sand, with views of the ocean and canals. We enjoyed it tremendously. The house is stocked with absolutely everything one needs away from home. Spacious living room, very comfortable sofas, kitchen comes with a huge island where we gathered for dinner. We had breakfast on a roof top with beautiful views, watching sea lions. It’s one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed, and I have stayed in many. There are lots of sport and beach equipment and toys for kids in the garage. Everything is thought through to small details. And lastly, wonderful and very comfortable beds. Would love to come back.

Silver Strand is a great beach for families. To be this close to the jetty is very convenient. The house is beautiful, well-stocked and has exceptional amenities, like Thermador refrigerator, double oven, a huge island with plenty of seating, boogie boards, sand toys, tons of towels, and much more. The bedroom off of the main bedroom is small but functional with a comfortable bed. The main bath is huge and easily shared with whoever stays in the small bedroom. The rooftop is very cool, especially for sunsets. The house sits by the parking lot but the privacy wall makes it feel very separate. The parking lot is emptied and locked when it gets dark so there’s no traffic or noise at night. It’s a cool spot because you have views of the harbor and the beach. An ice cream truck comes to the parking lot at least once per day so it was fun for the kids. Great communication with the host and check in and out was a breeze. A great place to stay for a big family gathering. We loved it!

We loved the kitchen layout. Lots of cooking and laughs were had around the large island/bar, all the while the little ones were in eye sight of us in their own space.

This home exceeded every expectation. The photos are beautiful, but somehow the property is even more impressive in person. The layout is perfect! It's spacious, comfortable, and designed in a way that made every area feel connected while still relaxing and private.The views are absolutely incredible, especially the rooftop deck at sunset. We spent so much time there enjoying the ocean, harbor, and overall atmosphere. The indoor/outdoor flow of the home made the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious.Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well stocked. The communication and overall experience from start to finish were excellent.We rented this home for my daughter’s birthday weekend, and it honestly created memories we’ll never forget. You can tell this property is cared for with a lot of attention and pride.Without question one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely come back again.

Wonderful place to share time with the family. The home is beautiful and the back gate leads to the beach where there are seals and sea lions and plenty of birds. The roof patio was comfortable and has a great view of the ocean and harbor. We had a little trouble with the bar-b-q….it wouldn’t stay lit, but other than that, everything was great.

Excellent girls weekend

9 of us women stayed here for our annual girls retreat. Great location, beautiful house. We spent our nights on the rooftop watching the sunset which was lovely. The roof top felt private and overlooked the ocean. Everyone raved about the house and it's on our list for our next retreat.

Birthdays Getaway

Family stayed here to celebrate birthdays and it was amazing. Everything was as described and even better. They have everything you need to have a wonderful family getaway at the beach with first class accommodations. Definitely coming back.

My family and I came to the beach house to celebrate my birthday! It was a very special place. Everything you need is in this beautiful home. So much space, views are amazing and you have access to beach and the channel. Communicating with Debbie was great! She responded quickly and handled any questions we had during our stay! Best house on the strand!

We stayed for the fourth of July and surf camp! Views from all rooms and the rooftop lounge are terrific and show the beach, the harbor, the ocean as far as you can see. Lots of space and everything you need is avaliable! Don't miss out.

Just as advertised. Master suite is incredible. Rooftop deck with 360 degree views is a must see - you can watch sunset and sunrise. Kitchen is beyond fully stocked and the beach is literally at your feet out the back door. Great host - easy to work with. 5 stars!
