This beautiful MCM styled, spacious Yellow Palm home is perfect for a relaxing Palm Springs vacation. The house is redesigned with new furniture and equipped with all the modern facilities. The private backyard and the pool area with stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains is a perfect place to wind down. The patio is complete with a sectional patio set, outdoor dining set, gas grill and easy-to-use natural gas fire pit. The patio has ample seating for everyone in your gathering to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

The open living area comes with big screen TV featuring all the popular streaming apps like Netflix/Disney plus/Hulu/ESPN/HBO max and YouTube TV with all the main channels. The High Speed Internet/WIFI makes it an optimum place for remote working. The spacious open floor plan(1500+ sq ft) allows for an indoor breakfast nook in addition to the formal dining room that overlooks the pool.

The full kitchen is equipped with all that you would need for your stay. It comes with stainless steel refrigerator, toaster-oven, traditional toaster, Instapot, electric kettle, microwave, gas burner, Coffee maker, Baking utensils, dishwasher, and non stick pots and pans.

You will have full access to the entire house with its 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath.

BEDROOMS

1)The primary bedroom : Green room: with its ensuite bathroom has a King size bed with a Smart TV

2)The second bedroom : Blue room has a comfortable queen bed and a Smart TV.

3)The third bedroom: Pink room has a comfortable queen sized bed with beautiful views of mountains from the window

4)The fourth bedroom: The Orange room has queen sized bed and stunning views of San Jacinto mountains.

The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with modern stand in shower.

On chilly nights, soaking in the heated pool(extra charge) is the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring the desert.

The house is a short drive (9 min) to Palm Springs downtown and only 2.9 miles away from the Palm Springs Airport which makes it very convenient. However, that can sometimes cause noise outdoors due to the air traffic during active flight hours.

Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please provide advance notice for it. An upfront security deposit will be collected.

Check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Early check-in may be available, and we can only confirm a day before the arrival if that is feasible. Please ask us if interested.

The house is pet-friendly and only open for dogs over 1 year of age, and on flea treatment. If less than one year old, please contact prior to booking. There is a non refundable payment of a pet fee of $150.

Security damage deposit hold : $500 collected separately by the property via OwnerRez.

As per Palm Springs Short-Term Vacation Rental Ordinance:

1) No outdoor music permitted at any time. Any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am is prohibited.

2) The minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.

3) The guests need to supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

4) An additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival is required. A full copy of the agreement can be made available to you prior to confirming the reservation. Please ask for it if you wish to see it.

5) A video check in via Ring or videocall will be done for this property.

6) If we receive any citation/fine from the city because of the guests not following any of the above mentioned rules, the fine(whatever the amount city levies) will be paid by the guest in addition to the $500 fine for the citation.

These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter.
