Walk right in and relax in this spotless, renovated and comfortable main floor condo with private deck, open floor plan, walk through king master suite, queen 2nd bedroom, totally remodeled. Fully stocked for a week, month, or year! Full sized washer and dryer, double sink vanity, tall tub with sparkly glass doors, large master walk-in closet, flat screen tv's and ceiling fans in all rooms, breakfast far with 6 stools plus 4-person dining table, all beach gear provided, and just a short 6-8 minute walk to the gorgeous Hilton Head beaches.

I grew up and lived most of my life in Minnesota. I purchased my first property in Hilton Head in 2013 after vacationing here for the first time. I decided that this is where I eventually wanted to live full-time. After having my daughter in 2017, we ran out of space at our condo, so we purchased a single family home in North Forest Beach for us and our 2 littles fur-babies. We have recently added several properties to rent out which allows others to fall in love with this beautiful island as well!
I have been a licensed Realtor since 1995 and am currently licensed in both Minnesota and South Carolina. I love the real estate industry and all of the opportunities that owning property provides. It is fun to help others find their slice of heaven here in Hilton Head to use as their forever home, as a 2nd home, or as a rental/investment property.
We love the beach, nature & wildlife, boating, biking, swimming, golfing, and of course eating...so Hilton Head is the best place for us to enjoy all of those things! This beautiful complex, Forest Gardens, is a gem nestled in live oaks, convenient to the beach, Sea Pines, and all of the area's restaurants and shopping, including Coligny Plaza. Getting on Cordillo Pkwy helps to avoid the busy North and South Forest Beach Drive areas to go golfing, exploring the island, or go boating in this slice of paradise. Otherwise just relax and walk or bike to everything including the nearby fabulous Celebration Park filled with open spaces, kid play areas, workout stations, and many festivals & music.
