We met up with family in Matagorda for the weekend. This place was perfect for our group of 5. The pool was amazing and we were the perfect distance from the beach. The view was awesome! Helen was amazing and so easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay again!

Would rent again.

It is a nice, clean family type atmosphere There really weren't too many kids ( schools not out yet) so we had the nice , clean large pool too our selves at times. Very relaxing. It is close enough to town if you want something to do or there are food truck type eating places that are excellent . Its a great get away from hustle and busle and walk along the ocean not being over crowded.

Family Vacation

Very clean, quiet and well kept property. Pool is a huge plus on this island. Especially with the swim up bar/canopy. Helen was gracious enough to meet me and show which unit was ours. Also the personal charcoal grill for our unit was a great surprise. Location is great as well. Just one turn and you were on the beach, a couple of minuntes drive from the property. With the 4th of July traffic the 4x4 was a must.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was great staying at this property. Close to the beach and pool. Just what we needed for our little getaway with the grandkids. Quick response from the host. Nothing to complain about at all. Thank you Helen for sharing your property with us. :-)

Perfect spot for beach, fishing, and relaxing

We enjoyed the full kitchen and efficiency of the condo. It was clean and the grounds kept nicely groomed. The deck was perfect for sunsets and the pool was a welcome refresher after a day on the beach. We will stay here again!

Perfect spot

Host was outstanding. Cold snap had snapped the heating in the unit; they generously upgraded us to a wonderful 2br. What a view in all directions. We want to go back when we can enjoy the pool. So much to do at the edge of Texas, even in cold weather.

Matagorda Fishing Trip

Location near beach and River Rd and not too far from the marina. Owner/Manager was very accommodating. The condo met our needs and the fishing trip was a success.

Great condo for a small family

I went with my 2 sons (9 and 12) and we had a great stay. I had the option to either rent a house or rent this condo. The reason I went with the condo is that it had a big pool and a lake where the kids could pratice some fishing. That turned out a great decision as the pool and the lake kept them busy for hours every day(when we were not at the beach). The condo is also on the island right next to the pool so the kids could just walk downstairs to the pool. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Matagorda beach

Exceeded expectations.

Our property manager and hostess, Helen, was very kind and thoughtful for our needs. The unit had recently received remodeling and upgrades. Our view from the deck was outstanding! Close to the bay for walking and looking for shells. Clean swimming pool with other amenities in the clubhouse, the whole bottom floor of units. Good place for families and there is a keyed security entry to the development. The development is well kept and clean. Close to the small town of Matagorda, good place for souvenir shopping. Will stay here again in the future.
