You deserve some rest and relaxation in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach! This oceanfront unit in the sought-after Ocean Cove condominium complex is perfect for a small family to escape to for some beach therapy!

You can't get closer to the water than what this location offers. Just 23 steps from the pool, and 56 steps to the sandy beach, not a minute of your vacation will be wasted lugging beach gear back-and-forth across busy streets.

This condo has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. The primary bedroom has a new king bed, large TV, and a full bathroom. The hallway has a built-in nook with two twin beds, and right next to that is another full bathroom

This unit comes with smart TVs (YouTube TV provided), high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, patio overlooking the beach, common area pool, and a stunning view of the ocean right out the front door.

Another wonderful vacation week in Ocean Isle thanks to Dana! We had couple of bumps upon arrival (which were out of Dana’s control), and she immediately jumped into action to ensure we had the best week. I can’t say enough about how responsive and accommodating she was throughout the week when we had questions. The unit was very well-kept, and a PERFECT spot for our family with small children…just steps away from the pool and beach. We will definitely continue using Patterson Vacations for our future visits to Ocean Isle!

Cozy and comfortable

Loved this condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. You cannot beat the oceanfront location. It had everything we needed to cook/make lunches every day. We love being able to wash clothing and towels during the week with the in unit laundry, parking was easy, and the unit was right on the ocean. I cant say enough about how awesome Dana was to communicate with. Also the bed was SO comfy…the other reviews were spot on about that! Would definitely come back here. Thanks for a week in paradise Dana

Well that was special

My husband and I enjoyed our condo. The representative sent concise instructions for us to follow. The parking is tight, but that's to be expected at the beach. The place was clean and maintained. As instructed by the representative, bring toiletries, kitchen paper goods, and sheets, and you'll love it.

Amazing!

Condo was literally right on the beach! Dana was great to work with. She checked in periodically to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend! The beach was beautiful.

Xmas getaway 2023

We had a great time. No issues. View from balcony to ocean was amazing. Easy access to beach. Having 2 bathrooms and showers made things easy too. I would recommend having air ducts cleaned out on floors and place needs to be updated. For the price and a quick getaway it all worked out for what we needed.

Perfect location!

This cozy condo worked well for our family of 4 including 2 full baths (helpful with our 2 teenagers). I enjoyed watching the terns & dolphins while enjoying tea on the terrace. The beach easily accessible through the beautiful pool area! We would stay here again.

Great get away

This is an ideal property just steps from the pool and a few feet from the beach. The area still has a small town feel but if you like more activity its just a few miles away.

Let bed our stay

Unit was clean and well appointed. Especially liked that it was not overly decorated like some we have stayed. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was heavenly on the morning with coffee. We will be back!!

Updated condo, extra bath

Enjoyed the king bed, extra bath and cleanliness of the condo. Owner was easy to communicate with, and property was ready for check-in well before 4pm. Look forward to renting again in the future.

Perfect Momaw Haven

This was the perfect home for a nice spring break outing with my 2 young grandchildren and DIL. The kids loved the little bunk bed nook and Momaw loved the view! The primary bed was soooo comfortable we looked for a tag for a future purchase but couldn’t find one . Close to the pier, lots of shops a nice playground and of course only steps to the beach. We had absolutely everything we needed. Only thing I would suggest is a toaster so we didn’t have to turn the oven on for toast daily. The water pressure was extremely low but of course this is of no fault of the owner. It did make showering a bit aggravating. Besides that it was perfect! Beautiful decor and comfortable furniture! We would 100% stay again. Dana the host was fabulous and checked on us several times. Room was extremely clean!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for two, but the little bunk area would be great for young children. The pool and beach access were right outside the door. The kitchen had adequate utensils and cooking equipment. The bed was very comfortable and the two full baths were perfect!

Beautiful unit

This is not our first time staying in Ocean Cove. The unit has been updated wonderfully and the use of space is awesome. Love the benched dining area! The changes to the master suite are wonderful! and I love the keyless entry. My only wish was there was a way to lock the door from the walkway to the balcony area. We had a number of people "accidentally" enter while my kids were out there playing or reading and it scared them so we often left the door to the balcony closed. Otherwise it was a beautiful unit and the location cannot be beat! The unit manager was easy to contact and checked in periodically. Overall a really great experience.

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the bunk bed nook and adults enjoyed the big tv in the master bedroom for after kids went to sleep. Really appreciated all the details - really cute updated decor, lots of hooks for swimsuits and towels to dry, super soft blankets, and well equipped kitchen. Very easy to get to the beach and pool, and to walk to restaurants, beach stores, putt putt, coffee shop and the town park.
