The place is great! Great location, great room location on the building. Beautifully decorated. Host was quick to answer questions and the place had everything you need for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival the condo was very clean, and the host had a vase of fresh flowers waiting for us. The condo was small, just the perfect size for one couple. After all you go on vacation to go to the beach, not sit in doors. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough pots, pans and utensils to cook a simple bacon and egg breakfast or a seafood boil for supper. The property manager was very responsive. There was one minor issue upon check in. After 1 call the issue was taken care of and we were able to enjoy our week. The location on the South end of the island was perfect for us. It is quiet and has less people. If you are looking for the night life and bars/restaurants. That is about a 15-minute drive to Times Square.You cannot go wrong staying in this condo.

Beautiful condo!!!! Amazing views!!! Very clean!!! Comfortable bed!! Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels and extra blankets.I would definitely recommend this condo. Close to Naples and Bonita Springs. There’s a grocery and cvs very close by, We will rent again. Owners were very nice to deal with when we had questions.

Great Location and view of beach

This place was right on the beach with a great view of the beach that was far better than the pictures. Excellent location and excellent view. Highly recommend it.

amazing.... perfect... excellent

We had a great stay at the condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We saw dolphins every day. Everything was as described and we had all the amenities that we needed. It really is the best view and sunsets!

Exactly As Advertised

The condo was just as it is pictured in the advertising. Kitchen was well stocked, and we ate every meal on the balcony. Plenty of storage in closet and dresser. Clean, beautiful view, and highly recommend condo.

Great time while Fort Myers Beach is rebuilding

My wife and I just loved this place, set up very cute and loved being able to sit on the outdoor patio to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the pelicans and boats in the water. Unfortunately the beach is closed and they are rebuilding the beach with heavy equipment from about 6 AM to 11 PM, even on Easter Sunday so wasn't expecting that. I would go again but after the beach is opened.

Beautiful Condo

Cute, very clean condo! Although we ended up leaving 2 days early because of Helene, we enjoyed our trip. Paul, the owner was very quick to get back to us on any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Week on the Beach

The condo was excellent. the noise from reconstruction in the area was very minimal. The view from the Lanai was great. Watched dolphins all week and saw manatees a couple days.

Perfect self-care week!

Perfect week! The condo was perfect….very cute decor, very clean and beautiful views. My only disappointment was availability of dining and shops. Very few dining options. However, this is out of the owners control. I was told by residents hurricane damage destroyed businesses within walking distance which is sad. The owner is very easy to work with. I will definitely be back!

Best ocean views

When Paul said the views are beautiful he is not joking. The views of the beach and sunsets were breathtaking! We enjoyed our walks on the expansive beach every morning and night and the unit is impeccable and tastefully decorated. All the conveniences of home! Great beachfront unit with awesome views !!!

The unit was very clean and had everything you needed including 2 beach chairs, a nice beach umbrella, and several other beach items including coolers. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need with plenty of utensils, dishes, coffee maker, microwave and more. This is an oceanfront 5th floor corner unit with awesome views of the beach from balcony and from every window. The complex has beautiful grounds that are maintained very well with lots of palm trees. Parking was easy and very close to the unit. Also, the owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again !!!

Great views, but otherwise just okay

We love staying at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Everyone here are always so nice and accommodating. The heated pool is always well taken care of.This unit did have fantastic views. I feel that the unit does need a make over though.Bed was very uncomfortable, couch was saggy and worn, bath towels had bleach marks on them, beach umbrella’s were both broke.We were reconfirmed by the owner that restaurants were across the street, but they still haven’t come back from hurricane Ian, the nearest one was Junkanoo behind Publix.First day there we unloaded groceries and went down to beach and came back up and ants were all over. We hadn’t even opened any food items yet. Called property manager and they were over first thing in the morning to take care of it.Beach restoration was ongoing, but it didn’t seem to bother us at all. By the way when they are done the beach is going to be amazing.

The view is awesome for ocean lovers

Easy to rent. Looks like pics and all the beach toys were available. Very homey and relaxing. Beautiful grounds and great as t beach access. A few things that need attention to enhance experience: 1. Refrigerator door does not seal. 2. tile floors and woodwork were dirty 3. nothing available to clean glass stove top 4. Sink stopper broken in bathroom 5. No sink stopper in kitchen 6. Fan in bathroom does not work 7. Closet doors in bedroom need replacement 8. TV is much too small and not HD.

Hard to beat this location!

We spent the last week of February enjoying the warm breezes and amazing sunsets from our corner balcony! This 5th-floor unit was cozy but well-lit and very clean. It had great windows with views. The furnishings and appliances were newer and it had a well-equipped kitchen. There are great restaurants toward the city center and in Bonita Springs that are easy to get to if you go early! The late-day traffic is two-lane slow but scenic. To be fair, Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding from IAN, so there were a large number of properties fenced off and under construction. The badly damaged structures have been removed and you can see they are making progress daily. The property owner gave us a heads-up, so we weren't shocked about it. NOTE: the beach was perfect! Great for walks, bird watching, and sea shells. We even saw a dolphin, or two. I would go back.
