This corner townhome offers vaulted ceilings and wood floors throughout. Decorated with all the comforts of home. The living room features comfortable furnishings with a flat screen TV and sliders leading to the screened porch. For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen provides all your cooking essentials. The dining area has seating for 6 to 10 guests (including the breakfast bar) and is located just off the kitchen, making serving meals easy.

After a long day on the beach or biking around the island, you will appreciate the large master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, sliders to the screen porch, a large closet, and a private master bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Second-floor accessibility is a breeze using the in-unit elevator. Upstairs, the 2nd bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom boasts a queen bed and sliding doors leading to another balcony. There is also a fourth bedroom featuring a queen bed and two twin sleeping cubbies! The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A computer station on the second-floor landing will help you stay in touch with the rest of the world!

If you need extra sleeping space, there is a queen Murphy Chest pullout in the living room. There's even a pack n' play and high chair for the little ones. Outdoors you will find a shower to rinse off the sand after enjoying a day of hunting sea shells on Jekyll's beaches.

For those who prefer lounging by the pool, The Moorings has a saltwater pool that is heated in winter and cooled in summer! At the pool, you'll find a cabana with a refrigerator, icemaker, running water, and restrooms. There are also 4 charcoal grills located around the pool deck.

Moorings #42 features cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, private elevator, and all your linens are provided! In the garage you will find an EV charger (compatible with any electric vehicle using your adapter), plus an air hockey table, and 4 beach cruisers (a $112 added daily value!).

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
