Este condominio es administrado por el PMI Maui, un local de corretaje de bienes raíces que se especializa en alquileres de vacaciones. The entire unit was lovely, new, clean and super comfortable with 2 full bathrooms, 2 tvs, large island in the kitchen and they even had a drink refrigerator. The washer and dryer was very nice new and convenient. My favorite was the good sized patio area. It was in a great location and the resort was very nicely landscaped too. Sadly, we only had 1 week there but what a treat! Can’t wait to come back!

Nice and easy

Kamaole Sands is one of my favorite spots. The overall property is very well maintained. A car is a most. The suite was good, but very expensive for a 3 star accommodation.

Master bedroom is noisy

good location

This location is very centrally located. You can walk to the beach or out to eat. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area and grilling stations are nice. The staff cleans the grill every day so its ready for you in the evening. Ground floor unit is a perfect location. The negatives are that it wasn't very clean, especially the bathrooms. The master bath faucets need to be upgraded. The counter needs help and the shower only has full power, like a fire hose. I don't recall the square feet of the unit but its small.

Great Stay

The condo was very nice and well equipped. We loved taking the beach chairs across the street to the beach everyday. They had an abundance of spices which came in handy when grilling fresh fish and vegetables on the BBQ a VERY short distance from the patio. My only complaint is that the pillows were like pancakes. I feel like this is an easy low cost fix to make this condo PERFECT!!

Another amazing Maui vacation thanks to PMI Maui!

Up until discovering Matt and PMI Maui, it was a bit hit and miss as far as renting a condo for our stays. Since finding PMI, we haven’t dealt with anyone else. I was always amazed by the consistency of the high quality of the units we have rented through Matt, whether 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom, at Kamaole Sands, year after year after year. There has been no “slipping” in their standards over the years, from what I have experienced. Any issue (and there was only one very minor one) was dealt with immediately and very happily. Matt proved how easy he is to deal with through honouring a cancelled “covid trip”, and being tremendously flexible in allowing us to use a deposit from 2020 and on short notice, which I appreciated so much! Our stay this year was perfection. The unit (2-105), was very clean and well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The kitchen had high quality dishes, pots/pans and appliances and even lots of condiments, laundry detergent, and a bag of ground Maui coffee for the first morning! We had always stayed on the upper floors in past years, and this was our first time in a ground floor unit due to low availability when we booked, and it actually turned out to be our favourite unit with a large lanai, very comfortable deck furniture and very easy access for luggage, parking, pool visits, etc. Kamaole Sands has a nice pool area, is across the street from Kam 1,2,3 Beaches, which we frequented for sunset swims, and is in very close proximity to lots of other amazing beaches, including our favourite, Ulua Beach in Wailea. It’s easy walking distance to a small shopping mall that has shave ice, ice cream, basic supplies and an awesome restaurant called Coconuts Fish Cafe. I’ve sent lots of friends Matt’s way and I would not hesitate in recommending him and his team, as I have been and will continue to go through him e

Great location

The condo is ground floor so getting outside is easy. Well appointed kitchen, lots of beach toys, boogies boards etc, close to both the pool and beach. Had a great stay!

Perfect for our family

My husband and I stayed with our 2 daughters (age 2 and 8 months) and had the most incredible time. The location was amazing, just steps to the pool, ocean, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were very excited to find the lanai stocked with pool and beach toys! We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

Free parking right outside the unit. Complex was well maintained and had a nice pool area. The unit had air conditioning (it was a little noisy when turned on, but that was better than not having AC) and the shower water pressure was very good which is huge plus for me. I would recommend this property to friends.
