Siesta Key Vacation Property W/Heated Pool and Beach Access

Beautiful 2 story house in a lush tropical setting with private pool, walled off property.
The Sun is warm, Beaches are great, and Siesta Key is open for fun!
Located at the north end of Siesta Key for quick access to and from the mainland. A short 2 block walk to, quaint Shell Beach for fun on the white sand, wading, fishing , and viewing sunsets over the Gulf of America from this island retreat. County has not done the repairs. Only 2 miles to the Villages offering day or night hot spots for shopping, eating, and live music. Additionally, Beach access to the north end of the famous Siesta Key Beach that has spectacular white quartz sand running for more than three miles to the south.
As you enter the front door, you are welcomed to the living room by a soft blue leather couch, 50" 4K Smart TV with 5.1 sound system, further in, a 6 person dining area, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the basic accessories you expect. With ocean accent decorating throughout, the first of the bedrooms with bath is just off the kitchen area. Upstairs you will find additional bathroom that two bedrooms share. The large second bedroom has a queen bed with 50" Smart 4K, with walk-in closet, and a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The third bedroom has twin captain beds. Downstairs you can exit through the French Doors onto the large wrap around (Trex@) deck to surveil the pool deck and grilling area below. Three smaller seating areas for your group to spread out if you choose to. Evening brings lights accenting tropical foliage, variable colored lights dancing through the pool water and well lit stairs, descending to poolside entertaining area. A larger seating area by the pool. Grill and preparation table are poolside as well.
You are provided with pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels for your pleasure. RETIRED- A set of older Beach Cruiser bicycles. Pool heat available*. Updated decorations, new paint on all the walls, hardwood floor refinished. Lower add on charges.

The house was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. However, the access to the beach is very decieving. It showed it being 2 1/2 blocks away and when we walked there, it was at the end of a residential street marked private and was only as wide as the street due to large rocks on the little beach area. There was a family fishing and that was all there was room for. Very disappointing.

The house is perfect, fantastic location, and the pool was super in the evenings after a long day at the beach. The house is in a great location, super close to everything! We enjoyed our stay, we’ll be back! The owners are easy to work with too, thank you for sharing your house!

Lovely stay!!!!

We had a family of 6, kids age range from 8-18! We all enjoyed the house so much! Just enough space for us and the most beautiful outdoor space imaginable! Yes it's on a busy road, but the road noise was not a factor whatsoever! The pool was incredible after our long days at the beach! The house was equipped with every little thing we needed for our beach trips.. from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler & even sand toys! We didn't have to bring any of that with us all the way from Ohio!! The inside of the house checked off every little detail from cooking pots, pans & utensils, all your laundry needs and even extra air conditioning upstairs when it started to get warmer up there! Everything was beautiful and clean! Although Shell beach is no longer (due to hurricanes I believe) you can still walk down to it.. we took some beautiful pics in the small area. Siesta village and beaches are a short 5 min drive! We love to visit every beach when we come down this way, we are beach hoppers :-) our ultimate favorite of the keys is Lido Key beach! Only 10 minutes from the house! Our property manager was a delight, quick & kind communication, we had some lights out outside they got them immediately fixed! This made our trip absolutely worry free! If I had to dig for any recommendations at all it would be maybe a mattress topper for the master bedroom upstairs! And that's only because I prefer a soft bed :) THANKS SO MUCH! I'm

Girls Vacation

We had such a good time! The house was located close to everything we did. They have everything you could possibly want… kitchen well stocked bathrooms clean and well stocked with nice towels very nice pool and beach towels. The host was available for any questions you might have. We will be back! You can’t go wrong here!

Spring Break

House was clean and pool was a definite plus! Inside was small but we didn’t spend much time inside anyway, plus we knew by the listing it was smaller square foot. Pool was very nice and the patio furniture was great! Only negative would be the traffic noise, but it was spring break and there was a privacy wall so it was ok. Communication was great with the hosts!

The place was very clean and the pool area was a great place to hang out at night. We wished were a little closer to the ocean but we don’t mind biking and walking so overall great time!

Beautiful pool

Awesome property and great stay!

Overall a great property in a great location. Super quick responsiveness by the hosts with good accurate information. The amenities were great including the heated pool that kept the water temp in a good range despite the outside temps getting pretty chilly. I am only dinging the description to a 4* due to a likely temporary problem with the beach that is listed as walkable. That beach is currently closed, and there is a substantial amount of construction going on, so the only beach was the main beach about 2 miles down the road. I am sure this is temporary due to hurricane repairs, but still a bit misleading as it is not availble to for any real use.

Wonderful house for a small family vacation!

We loved our stay here! The location was wonderful and the house was very clean and well appointed and cozy! We would definitely stay here again for sure. The living area and kitchen was not super big if that is a concern. But the bedrooms are a great size and perfect. Pool was glorious - really nice and clean, with comfortable patio furniture. The house is next to a busy road so you could hear traffic at the pool. Close walk to small nook of beach access. And siesta beach was a very short drive away. Thank you!

Siesta Key Getaway

The property was nice and fit our family of 4 perfectly. For a smaller kitchen, it was well equipped with the exception of a pizza cutter and wine opener. The pool was a good size and the added touch with the night lighting was really nice although, the mosquitos did not let us enjoy it like I would have hoped. Overall, we had an excellent week in Siesta Key and look forward to coming back!

Summer 2024

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and cozy, and the provided beach chairs and beach cart were a wonderful bonus, especially since we flew in. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which we loved using after long days at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The amenities, furniture, and appliances are updated regularly. This beautiful house has a outstanding location for a home base for all the area has to offer. As owners we visit the house different times of the year for a week at a time, to make sure everything is right to maximize your pleasure with these accommodations. The cleaning continues to be done with the highest level of health and safety in mind. The air is cleaned with UV light and filters regularly maintained. Washer and dryer onsite for your convenience at no charge.
Grilling area on the deck offers a preparation table as well a backup propane tank on site($25.00 extra). Pool heat available at $175.00 per week.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Large Palm trees by the dozens, giant tropical lily’s, and other unique flora. Older set of bicycles are available to rent on site at a rate over 60% lower than the local market. Make-up area in the master bed room allows for comfortable attention to those minor touch-ups. Living room has a 5.1 sound system (blue tooth) sound bar for your listening pleasure on the Smart 4K 50" TV. Some games, cards, puzzles and books for adult's/children's indoor activities are available. Fishing off of Shell Beach is available for those with tackle. The County offers "Breeze" busing to The Siesta Key Beach. NEW - blinking traffic yield light for pedestrian crosswalk at Shell Beach Road. Shell Beach has not been restored to original condition. People still use it for sunsets as well even with "Park Closed" signs.
