The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

Please Note:

1. No Smoking- Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

2. No Parties or Events- We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

3. No Pets- We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, it can be up to $1,000.

4. There is a security camera on the exterior of the home. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

5. The garage is locked for the storage of personal items. The driveway however, is able to accommodate up to 4 vehicles!

6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Moroccan Bungalow!

7. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response!

8. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.
