Gulf Place Residences is a 2021 built 3-story condominium consisting of only 40 units. The Sea Angel is located on the first floor above the parking garage with elevator access. It faces a big safe green open space for kids to run around and play that also hosts seasonal festivals and farmers markets. Sea Angel is our second home that comes with a downstairs storage unit equipped with all the beach extras you need on your holiday vacation: multiple beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards for kids, a beach buggy wagon and a cooler.

Sea Angel has an open plan living room and kitchen with a dining table fit for a holiday feast, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms, an alcove room with a single bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is beautifully decorated to make you feel luxuriously like home. The kitchen has everything you need from cooking gourmet food to paper plates to take to the beach. For those working from home, a portable rollable height-adjustable table that can be used in any room is included. Our home is appointed with white linens and bath towels, quilts for the summer and duvets for the winter, beach towels are included. A portable baby playpen/crib is also provided.

Gulf Place is one of the best places to watch a majestic 30A sunset, on the beach steps away from our home or from the balcony. Multiple eating and entertainment points are steps away as well, including the iconic 30A restaurants The Perfect Pig and the Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, a craft beer bar, a coffee shop, a beer and liquor store, nail and spa salons, and no need for driving at all. Many more restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and art galleries are in the area, and more details and recommendations will be provided to guests.
