New owner and new to the rental market!!! March 2024 update.. we just replaced all the carpet in the bedrooms and painted the entire unit! Come see why this 3BR is one of the best at Phoenix West!



Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the private balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with a custom kitchen, exquisite granite, full-size new appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" SMART TV in the master and a 43" SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including a coffee maker and blender. The master and 2nd bedroom each have a King size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has two Queen size beds for sleeping up to 8.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great View-Ocean Front

We enjoyed our stay with friends as we relaxed on the balcony and listened to the ocean waves. The kitchen is well-stocked with amenities and there was lots of room to gather together.

Excellent stay

Beautiful condo. Property is easy to access and the parking garage is great to keep your vehicle protected and out of the sun. Condo could have been cleaned better and there was no dish soap in the kitchen. No usual spices or seasonings as in other condos, but we did fine. Several areas in bathrooms lacked adequate cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay and location.

The location is great, the property is well maintained, lazy river is a great touch. There were a few issues ie bedpost missing cap in child's bedroom, with a sharp bolt sticking up, toilet seat in master en suite broke immediately, and a few minor issues, but overall satisfied. Suite 1707

Wonderful space, view, amenities - mattresses aren't great

The location is great. The lazy river and pools are a nice alternative from the beach. The condo itself needs a refresh. Carpets are stained and worn. Living room furniture is worn. No hair dryer in any of the 3 bedrooms (I had double checked the email I received that described all the amenities and a hair dryer was listed). While I understand that you are only provided a starter set of supplies we had one small, thin dish towel and one flimsy, disposable wash cloth, and one flimsy kitchen garbage bag. Teeny tiny bathroom bar soap provided and no kitchen dish soap. For a 3 bedroom unit and what we paid, I would have expected a few more provided supplies such as these. It was certainly telling the skimpiness of the property management company.

The view from the condo was amazing. There were 2 negatives about this condo. The TVs in the 3 bedrooms were quite pathetic. They were definitely not the size stated in the condo description. They were a little larger than a computer screen. Would highly recommend investing in larger TVs. Also the bed in the master wasn’t very good. It was the bounciest bed I have ever slept in. Every time my husband moved it woke me up. We would definitely be back to the area again! I would recommend this condo but just be aware of the TVs and the bed!

The condo had ample space for our family. There were a few issues. The bathtub in Master 2 did not drain well. There were light bulbs not working in all three bathrooms (the toilet room in the master the light bulb was out). The living room furniture was heavy soiled. Both king beds need new mattresses. There was no broom in the condo. I purchased one to sweep the floors. The grounds and pool area were well kept.
