Excellent location to start your Bourbon Trail tours near many of the best Bluegrass Distilleries. Close to everything, but also secluded to relax :). Right beside I-75 off of exit 113.

If you are looking for a quiet, quaint, culturally diverse neighborhood to be your home away from home in Lexington we may be your pace! Main bathroom toilet was clogged when we arrived, and took them 3 days to fix it. So 5 people had to use the bathroom in the extra bed room. We asked for and were told we would get a refund, but now are ignored! They seem to be stuck on a 5 star rating when the home is 3 star at best in a 2 star location.
Electrical wires exposed.
Id say house is 60 years old
Toilet backed up into the shower this is how it was left after it was fixed

Road trip stop

We stayed two nights in Lexington for the first stop on our spring break road trip with the family, including our dog. The communication was clear and timely. The house was perfect for our needs. We had one request during our stay that was addressed quickly. I would highly recommend this house!

Short stay

Overall our stay was great. If I had to find anything to be picky about it would be to have dark curtains on all the bedroom windows so that guests can sleep in on their vacation. The rooms got very bright early in the morning. Otherwise it was a great place for a family to stay. I loved the games and music provided.

Great location, awesome Mid-century Vibes

Loved the house, perfect for our family of 6! Location to everything we were in Lexington for couldn’t be beat. Cute and quiet little neighborhood. The design and details were wonderful and I took lots of inspo photos for our own home style.

Convenient location

Great location! We like to do lots of different things and this place was kind of a good central point. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Convenience store/gas station right down the road and a Walmart not too far away. Enjoyed our stay.!

Great house, safe area

This is a great property! Super good layout. One bedroom is on the other side of the house with its own bathroom which provides great privacy! The second two bedrooms are well set up and share a bathroom. Super quiet neighborhood. While we didn’t bring our dogs with us on this trip I definitely would in the future! Small fenced in yard, and good neighborhood for walking. We were traveling to the Kentucky Horse Park daily and this was a great stay! Only 12 mins from the horse park. And only 15 mins from downtown Lexington

Just amazing!

I cannot say enough about these owners, they are simply amazing. This home is so cool, interesting, fun, clean, and just perfect for our family. The location is perfect! The owners were so helpful and friendly, we would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Perfectly Charming Home

Y'all this place is perfect! If you're looking for a great place to hang out and relax in Lexington in between bourbon trail excursions or horse farm visits, then the Yalla House is the perfect fit! We really enjoyed our 3 day stay - it had everything we needed, and more. We arrived at night, and the directions from the hosts were perfect. We only had two cars, but there is room on the driveway for a couple more. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to serve takeout or make a full home-cooked meal. There's even a washer/dryer, which we didn't think we need, but ended up coming in very handy! We loved listening to music on the record player and enjoyed watching shows streamed to the TV. The hosts have done a great job with updating this charming old home, and the decor is fun and inviting/homey. Both before and during our stay, the hosts were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations when requested. We'd love to stay here again next time we visit the area!

Cute and clean

Great location with easy access to the highway. Great backyard for dogs. Our lab pup spent a lot of time hunting for and collecting sticks. We enjoyed just sitting in the yard enjoying the sunshine. The house had everything we needed.

PERFECT STAY

Perfect stay for UK graduation for our family of 6. Clean and convenient and less than 10 minutes to campus! Quaint, quite neighborhood and the host we're amazing.

Claiborne Trip

Cozy, easy access to main highways/interstates. Clean property, great communication. We had a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms, but the owners were very responsive and repairs were made. Things happen. Would recommend and will likely consider staying here again when we visit our daughter.

Cute, Cozy Home Away from Home!

The hostesses welcomed us into their cute, cozy home with outstanding hospitality!!! They were sooo thoughtful in sending positive well-wishes for our family member whom we were victims at UK Healthcare. The home is stocked with quality cookware and necessary supplies that were greatly appreciated!!! They provided some restaurant recommendations which were quite AMAZING!!!! Crank & Boom, Spaulding Bakery & Epping by Eastside come highly recommended!!!! We appreciated the quick and timely responses to our questions, including a personal phone call to make sure we had all the information needed to operate the streaming programs. The sunroom and backyard oasis are wonderful spaces for morning coffee and a backyard BBQ! We will definitely be planning to return for a staycation at this property!!!

We grew up in Lexington and this home was our primary residence for close to 8 years so we have a great understanding of the area and Lexington as a whole. Please read carefully before booking our home and ask questions if you have any concerns. Our home is located off of Paris Pike right beside I-75, in a established neighborhood with quiet working class professionals which cultivate a safe family friendly community. We are located close to the rural, beautiful horse farms of Paris Pike. Some families leave their dogs out at night and you may experience barking. If you or anyone in your group are sensitive to sound, please be aware this could cause interruptions during your stay. You may also hear distant sounds of fireworks from Wild Health Baseball Field when the Legends or Genomes are playing which is daily when in season (April - October). For those who are traveling to Lexington for the first time, please note that the Horse Park, Paris Pike, NoLi and North Broadway areas of the city are in the process of being revitalized and you may see a mixture of old and new Lexington blending together. North & Downtown Lexington is a very culturally and ethnically diverse area housing many demographics of people from all walks of life. As you drive into the city, please keep in mind you may see remnants of older Lexington and the history that comes along with it. Come enjoy the Horse Park, West 6th Brewery, County Club, Greyline Station, and Wild Health Field along with several other wonderful stores and shops near the area, all within minutes of your home.
