Very Hospitable Stay

This is a beautiful condo located at the entrance to Sawgrass Country Club. Very clean and hospitable with a few necessities to get us stared. Owner was prompt in responding if we had a question. We will definitely stay here again soon!

This is a great 3 bedroom condo, right next to the clubhouse at Sawgrass Country Club. It is spacious, clean, fresh and comfortable. We would definitely book again the next time we need lodging in the area.

Clean, Comfortable and Well Located

This is a very clean and well maintained home. Access is easy and communication is prompt and responsive. We will visit again if the opportunity arises.

Fore Shore stay

We enjoyed our stay at Fore Shore. The condo was well decorated and clean. The bedroom with the twin beds was perfect for our younger kids. They even had toys in the closet which my 6 year old loved. The king size bed in the primary bedroom probably needs to be replaced as it is lumpy and uncomfortable. The location was nice as it was an easy walk to the beach and pool. We have been visiting Ponte Vedra for years and would recommend this property.

The Highest Praise

Absolutely perfect property and experience. Stayed for a week with family in this spacious, immaculate, and beautiful condo. We felt as comfortable as we do at home but as spoiled as we should feel while on vacation. All communication with property owner was simple, expedient, and extremely accommodating. We walked to the beach and pool, and because of the excellent location were able to avoid all traffic during the week of The Players. We will most definitely stay here in the future and are very grateful to the owners for their wonderful hospitality. Thank you!

Peaceful Business/Family Trip

I’ve been traveling to Jacksonville for business and I ended up bringing my family with me for the week we stayed here. The unit was very clean and the property manager was great to work with. The unit is right next to the club house and has a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable compared to other Vrbo properties my family and I have stayed at previously. We were able to enjoy the pool, though it is a bit of a trek to if you walk, about a 15 minute walk from the unit. The people we met at the pool were very nice and we ended up mingling with numerous people for a couple hours. The playground is about the same distance if you walk. We ended up driving to the pool and got one of the three or four parking spaces. Over all we would definitely recommend. The area/country club is very nice and quiet.

Disappointing Stay

I recently stayed at this VRBO property and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the location was convenient and the property had potential, several issues significantly impacted our stay. Firstly, the property provided only the toilet paper that was already on the holders in the two bathrooms, which was hardly enough for a multi-day stay. We had to go out and purchase our own, which was quite inconvenient. One of the toilets had major issues; it would not flush consistently. When we called the property manager on the first day, she informed us that the toilet was old and suggested we hold the handle down to make it flush. This workaround was not only frustrating but also didn’t always work. To make matters worse, this toilet ran all night, causing a lot of noise and wasting water. Additionally, the dishwasher had not been emptied from the previous tenants, which was a disappointing oversight in cleanliness and preparation for new guests. The hygiene standards were further compromised when we found toothpicks/flossers in the queen bed under the comforter. This discovery was both unsettling and unacceptable, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning between guests. Moreover, there was a noticeable lack of amenities. Basic necessities like soap were not adequately supplied, and there weren’t enough dishes or clean glasses to comfortably accommodate our group. For a property listed on VRBO, I expected a higher standard of readiness and guest care.

Located safe and secure behind the private guard gates of beautiful and private Sawgrass Country Club. The fully renovated Fore Shore is an open interior design end unit townhouse that has many spots to relax, hang out to soak up the golf and nature views. This 3- bedroom, 2- bath retreat is all on one floor with a single step to access the townhouse.
