This home occupies the top floor of a two-level duplex, accessed by an exterior flight of stairs. After a day full of water sports at the beach, you'll be greeted by a covered, wrap-around balcony where you can unwind in Adirondack chairs and sip cold drinks in the sea breeze. You'll be in a private, gated community, providing privacy and controlled access.

Inside the home, find central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and an interior living space decorated in soft, soothing tones. There's a lovely living area with a cable TV with streaming capabilities, an adjacent dining area with a circular table, and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essential appliances.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
