Thank you so much Karen for a truly lovely and memorable stay!This is an amazing house - well located on the beach as pictured. We were 3 families and it was spacious enough for all of us. The beachfront location was a real plus, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The beach was amazing for most of the week, although there was some seaweed towards the tail end of our trip. We really appreciated and used the outdoor shower, which was equipped with shampoo and conditioner. Easy walking distance to town (20 mins), the lighthouse (10-15 min), safe area for jogging and biking.The house has everything - kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, 2 usable bikes. The kitchen truly has everything you need, and was the best equipped of any house we have ever stayed at. We really appreciated the plethora of beach towels. There was also a high chair and crib (which we did not use). The house was spotless on arrival.Karen was a wonderful host, easy to reach and accomodating. I highly recommend this house. Thank you for a restful and memorable vacation!

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The house is perfect and exactly as described We have been visiting Scituate for a long time and have rented many houses - this was our favorite!! We had plenty of room(Beds very comfortable) and the house is very well stockedA big plus- paddle boards and kayaks which can be used right in front of the house! Beach is perfect!!! Can’t say enough- we will be back Thanks

Everything about the property was as advertised or better. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. There were kayaks, paddleboards, many chairs, and umbrellas. The host responded to my messages very quickly. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great house and experience

The house is well stocked, clean and as advertised. The location is great with an awesome view from the deck. We had two families with kids and the house is comfortable to share as a group. Love scituate and this property.

Family reunion

We were very pleased with this house. The location was perfect for fishing and coastline explorations at high and low tides. The stairway off the deck to the beach is ideal. This beach house is beautifully accommodated with all the comforts of home with the added beauty of sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, it was almost like our own home, everything is provided. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the third floor was ideal for our kids. The towels and beach towels are plentiful and the beach toys are great. Comfy blankets for the deck at sunrise and sunset are awesome! This is a beautiful beach home, we look forward to our return trip!

Miss the view!

We had a fabulous week at Karen's property. The house is very well supplied with many bath and beach towels and paper products. The layout is great and we really enjoyed the front balcony overlooking the water where we spent many hours. We also loved the paddle boards and kayaks, so easy and fun to use in the calm water. We would go back anytime! Plenty of parking and easy access to town. Plus walking to the light house. A great find!

Great vacation property!

Our family of 5 (mom and dad, 2 adult kids and grandma) had a terrific experience at this property. Everything was very clean, and all of the amenities you could ever want. Location was perfect - right on the water with fantastic deck. It's about an hour south of Boston and 90 min- 2 hours from Cape Cod, which was perfect for us so we could do day trips to both locations.

One in a Million

The view...the place...put a smile on our faces everyday for 7 days! The description of the house was accurate, but it is even more impressionable when you stay there. Falling asleep in the master bedroom on the king size bed, while listening to the waves from the Atlantic Ocean was priceless. The home is well, well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom with all the basic needs and then some. The view was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING...beach, ocean, boats, skyline! The location of the house is located such that even during high tide, there was still some beach to enjoy. What a peaceful, beautiful home and location. Our family enjoyed every single moment! Communicating with the host was nice and easy.

Amazing house - perfect location!!

We were a bit reluctant to book this property since it was so new, and there were no reviews yet, but I'm so glad we did. The pictures online do not do the house justice - it is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are all well sized, the king room with the balcony is amazing, and the third floor room for the kids was perfect. The views are stunning and the large wrap around deck with all of the deck furniture is the perfect place to relax. There is nothing Karen hasn't thought of - from a high chair, to a crib, to toddler utensils and sippy cups, and the toys for the kids were great as well. My 16 month old niece, who wasn't a fan of the ocean, loved the little pool Karen provided. The older kids (and some of the adults) enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks. There is such an abundance of towels, beach towels and linens, which aren't always included in rental properties. There is also a washer and dryer which helped us keep up with laundry throughout the week. The house is conveniently located across the street from a General Store with ice cream, alcohol, and necessities like milk, bread, etc. The kids in our family loved going over to the store daily to get a sweet treat. At night we enjoyed a nice bonfire while listening to the waves. I could go on and on about how great this house was! Karen was so responsive and helpful as well - a super host for sure!! We would return to this house in a heartbeat!!

Can’t wait to go back!

The house was great! The location is perfect! Great amount of parking for up to 2 families. The house is fully equipped with towels, linens as well as the kitchen with supplies. It is walking distance to the harbor as well as beachfront. We can’t wait to book again for next year.!
