Enjoy the coastal breeze from the covered deck or from our observation deck with spectacular views of Matagorda Bay and the soothing tranquility of the passing barges. Magnolia Beach is a few minutes away, and the new State fishing Pier is bringing in big redfish! Just 12 minutes from town and shopping/ restaurants but this quiet retirement community feels a million miles away. There is a free boat ramp nearby and yes, we have room for your boat. Enjoy a coastal vacation- see you soon!

Wonderful Beach House

This is the perfect property for people looking to get away to get in some good fishing. Property is very clean and the bedrooms being on different ends of the house is perfect for us as we are heavy on the snoring.

Awesome time

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. Huge TV! Beds are comfortable. Location is perfect if you like to pier fish. Only 10/15 minute drive to Port Lavaca or Magnolia Bay piers.

Very very clean

inside was like a shrine. It was so clean, outside, and around a little different. The driveway is a little tight for us boaters, but there is a ramp a quarter mile from the place. Every thing worked properly and for fishing i would stay there again.

Very Nice Place

We only needed to sleep at the location since we had friends in nearby cities. The exterior location is a little deceiving but we were immensely pleased when we entered. Very clean and inviting. Muffins and wine greeted us. Plenty of coffee and condiments. The owners go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, nice and cool and a huge smart TV. A great deal for the price.

Very nice place!!

We loved our stay here! It was so clean and quiet. If you are looking for somewhere off grid to stay, this is it. It was so incredibly quiet (which is what we needed). We were only about 15 minutes from a couple different beaches and about 35 minutes from Victoria where my brother lives. Lots of places to eat and shop in Victoria. If we are in the area again, we will definitely check out this place again. It had all of the amenities of home. We really, really enjoyed it and Michael, our host, was amazing!! We had fresh muffins waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place!

Dissapointed

Inside of property was nice. Needs to be located in a different area. Closer to fishing, restaurants and stores. Sadly will not be renting this particular property again. Muffins were delicious! Location was not what my family is use to. Need the convenience of everything being close by. Thank you!
