Summary:
The Luxury home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen and is fully equipped. Located directly on the golf course but with enough privacy, you can watch the golfers come by and enjoy the tranquil view of the golf course from the large back porch. Very comfortable living room furniture, a large open kitchen with a breakfast bar but also a good size table and chairs for a nice diner. The kitchen nook provides a round table and chairs. Access from the kitchen and the living room to the screened-in lanai. Floors are engineered hardwood and easy on the feet! HD TV, comfortable beds and outdoor seating is provided. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room with access to the 2-car garage. What is so great about this villa is its comfort and location! Close to all activities all centered around its extensive country club and spa facilities.

Dissatisfied

The property management switched our house saying it was an upgrade, definitely not. We were told we were getting a house with a hot tub and pool, neither worked. We called several times and nothing was done. Several of the lights in the house had a major problem, they flickered on and off. The house was dirty, showers were not cleaned and counters were dirty. We found moldy fruit in the kitchen drawers that must have been there for a long time. The patio was filthy all the seat covers were gross and screens that must have been replaced were tossed in the corner of the patio. There was no lock on the patio door leading outside,so anyone could come in. All in all I would not recommend this property, 4244 Bennett in Inverness, Fl.

Room for improvement

Basically a nice and well equipped house located on a golf course. It was unfortunately recognizable that we were the first guests after a while. Cleaning needs absolutely improvement! Wifi and TV did not work at all and rental agent was not able to solve it. Communication with rental agent was difficult and unsatisfying. We finally had to insist on moving to a different home to being able to enjoy our vacation.

Great Place

House clean and in very good condition. Host very communicative with arrival instructions. Area is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay we will be back as will our family.

Not as described - DO NOT BOOK!

I messaged the property manager before we booked to see if Terra Vista guest passes were available. She said they were included in the rental, so we moved forward with the booking. When we arrived we discovered they were not. She then offered a refund on the trip. She did not provide the refund. This home is old and needs a lot of work, and is expensive for what it is. We ONLY stayed here to access Terra Vista, we would have stayed elsewhere - nicer properties for less $ are available in this area. If you are considering this house please note: The garage is a hot mess, and the garage door needs maintenance - it opens by itself. No batteries in any remotes. No dish soap or sponge in the home. Notes everywhere that don't apply to the home (Brita filter... what Brita filter?). Half the light switches don't work. TV was sitting haphazardly on a dresser, functional. The info book inside the home is for a different property managed by this company. I could go on, but I think you get the point. The last thing I will say is that I was provided incorrect information to access the home (twice). Not awesome.

1. Urine stenched master bedroom carpet from a pet urinating on master bedroom carpet. Supposedly a pet free vacation rental but a basket of sheets designated for dogs,with a sign saying for use to cover the couches for when your pet wants to sit on the couches. I also found pet hair on the couches. Host proclaimed that “her” house is a pet free home… 2. Broken master bedroom toilet which was not usable for the 2 night stay. 3. Broken microwave with was stated in a review from back in April and obviously not fixed. The host offered to move us to a home 30 mins away but when I stated it was too far she told me to call VRBO to assign me another house. She would not cancel the reservation. She made no attempt to even fix the toilet during our stay. I would not recommend using this host for any of her properties as her communication is poor and her willingness to accommodate or rectify a problem is non existent. We ending up having to stay the 2 nights while VRBO was deciding what to do. I requested a refund from the host which she never responded to. VRBO did refund me their fees. I have rented vacation rentals all over the world and have never encountered a property with so many issues.

Multiple problems.

This was our 6th stay in this house. Due to VRBO charges outrageously expensive. There were multiple issues with the house. No salt in the water treatment, refrigerator needed filter, lanai filthy, and screens in the lanai had holes that had to be replaced. Finally, the microwave went up so we did not have one for our final two weeks. The property manager responded to these issues immediately. She was great. The property needs to have a full assessment. Screens torn on the windows was another problem. The HVAC thermostat also broke. Very disappointing for the cost.

Citrus Hills House

The house is laid out well and roomy. The furnishings made the house comfortable inside and outside. Communication with property owner was efficient and helpful. We appreciated the help in extending our stay. Very nice stay and we would definitely stay there again or use it for friends that come into the area.

Family Gathering

We arrived very late after an excruciatingly hot day. We could not manage to get the air conditioning to work and had to disturb the owner. Despite the hour, Rory was gracious and had an immediate solution to the problem. While we had gathered for sad circumstances, the home was clean and comfortable. The pool added a little cheer which we all appreciated in the end. I highly recommend Rory's VRBOs.

Great place

Very comfortable place to have a small family reunion. Loved the screened in porch, nice neighborhood. Would love to come again when it isnt mid summer in Florida!

The property was very clean but dated. The bed in master was very uncomfortable as was living room furniture. Only one remote worked All others including bed needs batteries. Clean but dated.

Spacious house. Lovely location

We stayed here while we were helping our mother move into assisted living. The house is huge for 2 people but we weren’t sure if any other family members would stay with us. There are two separate bedroom wings so two families could easily be accommodated. We had several family picnics on the large and nicely furnished lanai with gas grill overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Linens were very nice. The bed was comfortable. There is a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom with an abundance of hangers for clothes. The house is nicely decorated- it doesn’t feel like just a vacation rental. We will return when we visit our mother. Jane Dion

Lovely home and amazing outdoor lanai and furniture

What a comfortable and lovely home. The weather was so pleasant that we could sleep with our bedroom door open and the quiet of the neighborhood was amazing. Kitchen was well-appointed and there were three ways to make coffee: Pot, cup or expresso! We loved sitting on the lanai to watch the birds and the golfers. A wonderful and peace-filled getaway!

Merry Christmas Visit

Happy about the endless hot water for showers. A well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner offerings. Well appointed living room and bedrooms. We had fun with the espresso machine 🙂 We could not get the jets to work on the tub and various remotes had dead batteries, no liquid soap in the dispenser - but all else was excellent! Thanks for a great stay!

Golf resort patio home

Wonderful house on golf course, bright, open rooms with screened in outdoor patio. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture inside and out. Bikes, kayaks and golf available, nearby shopping and close to Crystal River marina and water activities. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Property was well appointed. Master bedroom TV did not work, bed was up on one side with no batteries to move it back flat. Lights were blown out throughout the home. Cleaners need to check the corners, dead frog that had been there for weeks.
