Boasting an impressive location over a mile from the beach in Rehoboth, you and your loved ones can walk, ride bikes, or pick up the bus right out in front of the neighborhood which will take you to so many places in the blink of an eye! Planning on going to the beach and working on your tan? There is no need to go out to the highway to get to the beach - you can use the access road in front of the neighborhood. This retreat has a fantastic kitchen, but dining out is always a nice plan! You will be within walking distance of many restaurants! There is gate access to Breakwater Trail that you can use to walk or ride bikes all the way to Lewis or into Rehoboth. It's a great day trip into Lewis that owners have always personally enjoyed.

This gem of a townhouse boasts three levels full of comfort and great amenities - exactly what you deserve! The main living space of the home is located on the second floor - the open floor plan seamlessly combines the living room and dining area together - the kitchen is separate from this area by a half wall. The living area will be everyone's favorite gathering spot with a huge sectional, two inviting sofa chairs, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The living opens up to a screened-in porch with a nice outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals alfresco. The kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and a small electric oven. When mealtime comes around, gather at the six-person dining table, or if you are in a rush, you can always host a quick meal on the go at the four-person table in the kitchen.

The first level of the home hosts a private bedroom with a small desk and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. There are two more bedrooms and two en suite full bathrooms on the third level. Entertainment is neverending here! Owners have equipped this retreat with random beach toys and games including a football, a pottery barn game table (includes four games), puzzles, backgammon, and Rummikub.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
