Custom-built 4 bedroom 3.5 bath vacation home with your own private pool, designed for comfort, space, and easy indoor outdoor living. With over 3,600 square feet, this home offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax and enjoy time together. All rooms have air-conditioning.

The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, and fully walled property create a private setting, while the backyard patio and covered rooftop terrace provide great spaces to gather. The rooftop terrace is a guest favorite, offering incredible ocean and sunset views, perfect for ending your day. You can also enjoy views of sailboats, fishing boats, and even paragliders during the day.

Located within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, a dive shop, and sunset or snorkeling cruises, you’ll have something for everyone just steps away. A short 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local grocery store, and just minutes away toward Sandy Beach is the Rincón Lighthouse, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

The home is fully air-conditioned and includes high-speed WiFi, on-site laundry, and a 2-car garage. Whether you’re snorkeling, boating, fishing, scuba diving, horseback riding, or simply relaxing at the beach, everything is close by.

Rincón offers a unique experience away from large resort areas, with a walkable town plaza, local restaurants, bakeries, and a microbrew pub. The Thursday evening Art Walk is a must, along with enjoying some of the best surfing in Puerto Rico during the winter months, while still offering calm beaches for swimming and snorkeling year-round.

We have come back to this property over and over again for so many reasons. The hosts are extremely hospitable, kind, helpful and always accommodating. The home has the best location and every amenity you could ask for. We already booked next year!

Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants, love the Shipwreck. The house is on a busy corner, so traffic noise can be a little loud in the early morning hours. The pool is not heated, so depending on the time of year visiting it may be too cold to use. Beds are very comfortable. The view from the penthouse balcony is amazing. Everything in working order and clean. Very easy to communicate. We had no problems when we stayed and cannot emphasize how close to one of the best beaches to swim.

We loved our stay at Casa Marina! It really is the best location. Though we spent time exploring the island and driving to other beaches, we loved having the option to just walk down the street to a great beach. It had great snorkeling, swimming and paddle boarding. Also many restaurant options within walking distance. We had the best meal of the stay at la copa llena! Highly recommend!Loved having the private pool, the backyard is super private. And the view from the top patio was fantastic. Being so conveniently located comes with some road noise but it didn’t really bother us.Loved having the extra space to spread out, there were only 4 of us, a couple and 2 adult children.Would definitely recommend and would stay again - hopefully for longer!

The host was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We initially had some trouble finding the property because Google Maps was directing us to different homes, but once we located it, everything was great.The location is perfect, the views from the house are absolutely spectacular, and there’s so much to do nearby. It really made for a wonderful experience overall.We did run into a couple of minor issues. The A/C unit in the master bedroom stopped working during our stay, and the washer wasn’t functioning at first. However, the host was quick to respond and sent someone out to take care of the washer. One small heads-up that would have helped: the garage doors make a very loud popping sound when opening. It honestly startled us at first — we thought they were gunshots and all ducked for cover (LOL!).Despite those hiccups, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Ideal Rincón Getaway Perfect spot—just a short walk to Black Eagle Beach, great restaurants, bars, and the Rincón Plaza. The house was spotless and the private pool was a total highlight. Super convenient and incredibly relaxing.

Great location with amazing views

Our entire family enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough that everyone had their own space and we enjoyed time together in the pool and the amazing views up top. Location is perfect with access to several great beaches and short drive to downtown Rincon with great restaurants and bars.

Beautiful clean home, located in close proximity to Black Eagle Beach, Steps Beach, and the town of Rincon. All amenities in good working order. We had a little problem with directions, but I think that was due to my older iPhone, John responded to my message promptly, and everything was rectified
