The Space:
Make your way up the stairs, step inside and be greeted with drop dead gorgeous views of the ocean and the coastline to the south within this spacious top floor oceanfront condo. Relax on the plush chaise lounge in the light and airy living space where you stream all your favorites on the Smart TV, catch up on work at the stylish desk or just sit back in the reading chairs by the floor to ceiling windows and take it all in.

The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable sleeping space for an additional two guests. The chef-friendly kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a free-standing oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee machine and even a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Enjoy a quick snack up at the breakfast bar then serve up your meals at the chic dining table with seating for four. Don’t feel like cooking? There are many great restaurants and cafes to choose from just a short stroll away. Wake feeling refreshed in the spacious master bedroom filled with a luxuriously large king bed, a Smart TV and its own private balcony where you can catch the morning sun on the patio furniture with a hot cup of coffee. Within the condo, guests have access to the laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer as well as a lavish bathroom that comes stocked with all the essentials for your stay so you don’t have to bring a thing.

On a sunny afternoon, open up the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space and step out onto the beautiful balcony with a comfortable lounge and million dollar views – it doesn’t get much better than this! Walk right down to the beach using the beach stairs at the north end of the complex or stay in and relax by the pool and jacuzzi and enjoy a cocktail or two overlooking the water.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! Guests have private access to the entire home and two private balconies as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 2 cars, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer. Also included with your stay is full use of the community pool and spa area that overlook the ocean.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right on the cliffs of beautiful Solana Beach where you can leave your car parked and explore the gorgeous coastline with top shopping, great restaurants and even better nightlife all just minutes away.

Spend the day exploring waterfront parks and tide pools then stroll through town with stops at a local craft brewery or urban winery to recharge. See a performance by your favorite band then wrap up a romantic evening or friends’ night out at one of the many top restaurants in town. Shopaholics will love spending the whole day at the Cedros Design District, one of San Diego favorite shopping areas filled solely with independent boutiques and businesses. You’ll find antique shops, home decor imports, European eateries, day spas, cafes, restaurants and more, including the legendary music venue, the Belly Up that is regularly voted “San Diego’s Best Live Music Venue” and heralded as one of the hottest live music venues on the West Coast.

Each Sunday afternoon, Cedros Design District add to their shopping options by hosting a farmers market filled with local seasonal fruits and vegetables, baked good and fresh flowers, along with a selection of craftsman and artisans displaying their wares. Fletcher Cove Beach is a small, protected inlet that is great for swimming, bodyboarding, surfing, surf-fishing and kayaking.

Approximately ½ mile north of Fletcher Cove, Tide Beach Park is a beautiful sand beach
with a large reef and delightful tide pools. At low tide, neon-bright sea anemones, purple urchins, barnacles, crabs and starfish become temporarily marooned for all to see. Founded in 1982, the North Coast Repertory Theatre stages high-quality, award-winning productions by established and emerging playwrights in an intimate 194-seat setting and is a must see when a production is running.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay. You can also leave your car parked and experience this laid-back beach town on foot or by bike. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!
