New Home in west Manhattan, Family Friendly and close to KSU!

This house has all the conveniences of home, as well as great access to restaurants and shopping in west Manhattan. The main floor is completely self-contained if stairs are difficult. Grill burgers on the back patio or watch a rain storm from the covered back deck. A perfect location to enjoy all KSU sports and activities, as well as Manhattan. Not as close to Fort Riley, but we support our military and welcome their families too!

Amazing Property

The stay was beyond amazing. The house had the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. The kitchen was by far the shining star of the show with everything being stocked and having plenty of utensils for the kids and family meal prep.

Perfect stay!

We needed a place near Manhattan for a wedding. This home was perfect, allowing privacy for the couple staying downstairs and the couple staying upstairs (main level). Each had adequate bathroom space for dressing for the events. Everything was modern and perfectly clean. Well equipped for meal prep. Location was close to 24 Highway with good access. Major shopping within 10 minutes. Loved having access to laundry and needed the ironing board and iron, which was provided. This is in a family friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely House, Great View and Wonderful Floor Plan

We were grateful for this nice, clean and updated house. There are 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, as well as a nice game room for us to have some fun family time, too. Should we need to be in the area again, we would definitely return, as it had everything we needed and close to restaurants and KSU, too.

Everything you could ask for!

Our family stayed at Suzan and Roberts home for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The home was beautiful and had all of the space we needed for our family's four adults ( us grandparents, parents ) and four children. The home is in a great location and was stocked with everything we could think of. When we thought we had forgotten to bring something from home, we looked around and found what we needed already in the home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The home was extemely clean and the layout was perfect for both the adults and the kids. The rear deck is a great place to sit and relax. Unfortunately, at least for us adults, the 5"-6" of snow on our last day made that a little difficult but the kids LOVED IT !! On our trips back to Manhatten this will be our "go to" property and would highly recommend this home to everyone. Sue was extremely easy to communicate with and we appreciate her quick responses to our questions before and during the stay.

New and clean!

Even though it's a little ways outside of Manhattan it was a very convenient and quick drive! The property was clean and smelled new. The patio was perfect for a late night hang catching up with each other. We had a lovely stay!

The Perfect Getaway

A beautiful home with well thought out amenities. This house was cozy and super clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of the college town but close enough that you can be a part of it all within minutes. The coffee/hot tea station and the blankets to cuddle up in were the perfect touch. Plenty of space to hang out indoor and outdoor and comfy beds. Well done!!
