During Peak Season (mid June - mid August) must check in/out on Sundays and 7 night minimum. Any other dates are three night minimum with no check-in restrictions.

The only reserved parking spots for the villas are directly in front of the garage. All other spots are open and do not require a parking pass. of As a courtesy to the neighbors, please limit parking to 2 cars in front of the building.

The villa is located at the base of the intracoastal side of the bridge and the beach is just over a mile away. Rated the ‘4th Best Beach in the World’’ by National Geographic, the pristine shores of Sunset Beach are sure to offer endless hours of sun-soaked bliss during your stay. You can also choose to play one of the three SeaTrail golf courses or any of the 44 courses within 20 minutes.

In addition, there is an on-site dining option in the Sea Trail Convention Center and is within walking distance of a number of local restaurants and shops. Should you want to step out of the tranquil surroundings of Sunset Beach, you are 5 miles from all the famous restaurant offerings in Calabash , Ocean Isle and 15 miles from Myrtle Beach.
