Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Seagull Suite 205 is located on the second floor in the middle of the building. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Management Company Are Great People

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Place, great condo. There was an issue regarding a broken TV. In the end, we worked it out. Ed is a great person to deal with, very fair. We will be back again!

Close to the water

This place was exactly as advertised. Best part is that it was close to the beach. Worst part it rained the last night of my stay and I could hear water dripping all night through the ceiling. The water came through in the bedroom and soaked the carpet. Did not leave a good impression.

Karen, Oh goodness - I am sorry to hear about this. I wish I would have known so that we could address. This is a middle floor unit so I'm not sure how this could have happened however I will have maintenance look into it ASAP. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay otherwise and we hope to see you again.

One South Lumina Suites

The condo is in an area within walking distance to grocery store, food places, ice cream and shopping. The condo shows a King bed and 2 bunk beds in the pictures. The bunk beds are in a hallway so everyone shares a bath and dressing space. I received the instructions for check in the day before I left my home. Be aware there is only one parking space for 4 people so if you are bringing more than one car, you will pay $25-$40/ day/car to park.

Park the car -- walk to almost everything!

The door to the unit is very difficult to open because the extra threshhold is so thick it rubs against the door. Pushing and pulling on it aggravated my wrist. It may be a good idea to fix that since it is the main source of egress.

My rental unit was good. Clean, well kept. Furniture as pictured. They are not kidding about supplying no spices - not even salt and pepper. Just know! The only thing I found to be a real con was no ice maker in the fridge/freezer - ok fine but there were also no ice trays to make up for it. Super annoying. I don’t want to go buy ice for a cooler for the beach when there’s a full kitchen which should be inclusive of ice of some sort. Not the biggest deal and certainly didn’t ruin the stay but it’s a thing. Weather was lovely...restaurants nearby are great and all walkable. Would recommend!

Overall, enjoyed our short stay but would expect more for the price.

Great Location, but noisy

I would have given 5 stars, but because this is on a public access parking street, there was noise literally all day and evening long with parking, doors slamming shut, horns blowing, car drove down and u-turned ALL day and night, which was strange since it's a dead-end. But, it was a very nice place and incredible view of the ocean, sunrise and moon rise. Walking distance to everything.

Easy access

If you are looking for a nice one bedroom with great access to the beach, this is your spot. Also close to great restaurants and night life. Very clean and easy check-in. Would stay here again.

A great find !!!!

This property is in an excellent location. Close to the beach. The pool area was nice and the place itself was clean and had everything you need. The only thing is I wish they had beach chairs. Other than that , we had a lovely stay !!!
