This stunning 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Shipyard Hilton Head Island Beachwalk 132 townhome will quickly become your favorite vacation rental spot! The condo features LVP flooring throughout, new furniture, a fully renovated kitchen and more!

As you walk in the front door, you'll find the first of two living areas. This room has a comfortable sectional sofa, wall-mounted TV and wet bar.

The second living area features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to the private patio through sliding doors. The patio area has a dining table and umbrella, and just off the deck you'll find a gas grill.

The second living area is open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite counters, stainless appliances, Kitchenaid mixer and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. A coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker is located right off the kitchen as well.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island bar.

Up the stairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen and views of the back patio and landscape. This room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate vanity area.

The first guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, desk area and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Stay fit on vacation in Shipyard Hilton Head Island. Beachwalk 132 owners have provided a Peloton bike for guests to use! Guest will need to have their own app and delta-compatible cleats- must be a 3-screw hole setup. *Additional waiver will need to be signed for usage.

The owners have also provided 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart for guests to use.

Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy private beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 car passes max.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
