Family-friendly Waikoloa Beach Villa C2 next to pool walk to beach!

Welcome to our island home-away-from-home! The Big Island is a truly special place with something for everyone – from beaches to walks and hikes to water activities, golf, shopping, and sight-seeing.

Waikoloa Beach Villas is adjacent to the Queens and Kings Shops for easy access to shopping, dining, groceries, cinema, coffee, etc. Our Unit C2 is conveniently located steps away from one of the two beautiful, heated lagoon-style pools. And it’s an easy 12-15 minute walk to one of the Big Island’s most beautiful beaches, ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay!

The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkels, fins, beach/pool toys, and even a Stand-Up Paddle Board – all for your use while you stay with us.

Our condo features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The open concept floor plan leads into the comfortable living room with flat-screen cable TV and queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is the private lanai – perfect for eating outside or just relaxing in the beautiful weather.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen cable TV, and a beautiful en suite master bath with walk-in closet, soaker tub, and tile shower.

The second bedroom can be set up with two Twin XL beds OR with one King bed. Just let us know what you prefer when you book and it will be set for you! The bedroom also has flat-screen cable TV.

The one-car garage is available for convenient parking and contains all of the beach gear.

Absolutely fantastic location, everything was outstanding. We were even able to extend our stay when the weather caused our flight to be canceled. The host was amazing, very helpful with local information and suggestions.

The condo was everything our family expected and then some. Very clean, comfortable with great amenities. Having washer/dryer was a big plus. We loved the walkable convenience to the Waikoloa village where the main shopping/eating plaza is, which is literally across the street. The property manager was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again!

The unit was nice and tidy and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home with it's warm ambience. The property was easy on the eyes and pool was easy to access. The shopping center was also just a few minutes walking distance so that was nice and convenient.

Great place! Our family of 5 had such a fun time on the Big Island. The house is located in a great area. There are shops, food, groceries, and resorts all around. We drove to various places around the island. The drive to Kona, Waikoloa Village, and Waimea were all easy drives and had a lot of other options for food and shopping. Some great sandy beaches just 5-15 mins away. The kids loved swimming in the pool behind the house. The house was conveniently stocked with all the beach essentials you could want. The host was very nice, prompt in response, and provided us with great information to help make our trip better. If we make it back to the Big Island, we will definitely look here first.

We had a great family holiday. The unit had everything we needed and is close to the pool, shops, restaurants, and many beautiful beaches. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice time. The condo was clean, close to the pool and Queens Market. Plenty of kitchen supplies and beach toys. We have been to Wakiloa Beach properties many times and it's a quiet atmosphere with nice neighbors and staff. Super nice pool and hot tub. Very clean and well tended. We loved the birds nesting in the trees. We'll be back!
