The host was absolutely wonderful! The home was lovely, plenty of room, very quiet area, not far from the beach, places to eat and shopping. Great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Amanda is an incredible host, communicates quickly and very helpful. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and spacious for a group of 8.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved their room with the bunk beds. All of the mattresses were comfortable in every room. Nice quiet neighborhood and a very clean house. The host always responded in timely manner and was polite answering all questions about our stay. She cared about her guests! We will be back and highly recommend this property.

Lovely Home

Myself and the group I was with absolutely loved this home. The inside was big and spacious and we loved the layout of it all! The location and neighborhood was nice and quiet. 10/10 recommend staying here! :)

Great location for a quiet beach/lax weekend

We stayed here with our family while our daughters were playing in a lacrosse tournament. The location was perfect! Very quiet and felt secluded even though we were in a neighborhood. The drive to Assateague for beach time was not bad at all. Even though the weather didn't cooperate the whole time we were always comfortable in the house. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us and plenty of things for everyone to do. The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner there each night. The grill outside was perfect as well. We would defintely look to stay there again!

Amazing place, fantastic experience, close to everything

Amanda's house provided us with the best 4-day experience we had. House is in pristine condition, recently remodeled and perfect for a big group (10 total). Kitchen is stacked and common area provided enough entertainment for the teens and kids with a gaming system and smart tvs. We did not utilize all other bonus features like access to a communal pool at Ocean City but you are minutes away from everything. Overall, I would've given it 10 stars.

Golf weekend with the lads

Very nice place and we all enjoyed it. Everything you'll need and it is better than most. Nice quiet neighborhood. It Proximity to the local golf course is 15 min, and Glenn Riddle is 15. Easy access to beach etc. Thank you. We ended up getting a 2nd house as we were 8 adults. It would have been a tight squeeze but perfect for a family.

What we needed and more!

I was highly impressed with this booking before we even reached the property as the owner, Amanda, was absolutely wonderful in communicating information we needed to know before arrival and during our stay! She is easily the best VRBO/other rental site homeowner I have ever interacted with! The home was perfect for our family's needs as we had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 10, 8, and 3). Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and we loved the books, puzzles, and Super Nintendo in the sunroom! The grill was very appreciated too as we had a cookout one night of our stay. The house is in a great location that is super quiet yet an easy drive from anywhere you want to go. Ample parking available too! I highly recommend this home, and hope to be back in the future!

I’m sorry you didn’t feel your stay was 5 stars! I know you were disappointed that we don’t provide sheets, but that information is clearly stated in our property description, along with the information for requesting linens if you’d prefer not to bring your own. I thought we had communicated effectively both prior to and during your stay and only wish you would have let me know if there was anything else we could have done to improve your stay while you were there.
