It is almost impossible to see where to find parking space once it gets dark, # needs to be more visible, also the key box for entry to condo is not by the front door it is around the corner on the side of the building, once again this was after it got dark, once this was resolved we had a great time. Condo was very clean and close to beach.

The condo was nice its in a very rough looking area although it is a gated community, the check in did not go well because my name wasn't on the check in list and the guard didn't speak English there was no hot water it was just barely like warm tried to get in touch with host did mot

Safe and friendly

Apartment had everything we needed. Laundry , pool and beach. 25 min away from San Juan which we enjoyed and had a rental we were able to see and experience more of the island this way

Great vacation

The property is very good, the location is close to the mall, Walmart. and the best thing is that it is 1 minute from the pool and 1 minute and 3 seconds from the beach. Overall 100% recommended.

Family get together

Clean and nicely decorated, the rooms very very spacious and both rooms had private bathrooms. We were able to fit everyone comfortably.

Great Location and Property

Very clean property. Location central to a lot of activities and great restaurants. Grounds were well kept and clean. Plenty of towels, linens, toilet paper and paper towel. Washer and Dryer were an added bonus. Things to note: no dishwasher and the AC unit in the main living space does not work well. The bedroom units worked well. Showers were warm but didn’t get hot. No notes about Wifi password or any specific check out procedures. Property manager responded promptly when asked about checking out procedures. Which were very limited and easy to replacing the keys in the lock bock. We would definitely come and stay again.

Ugh....never again

There were so many things that went wrong. I don't have enough room here so I will try to make it short. Security personnel did not provide the security I needed. They were always on their phone and didn't check who we were. They just greeted us and were going to let us through without checking until we stopped to let them know who we were. To add, most days there was no electricity due to storm and we had 1-2 days without water. Our food went bad, we slept in the uncomfortable heat and there were no back ups like a generator. I messaged the host to provide some reimbursement due to the inconveniences but his response was that there is no recompense for "mother nature.' I will NEVER book a VRBO in PR ever again. Id rather spend money on a hotel that has back up generators or some way of recompensating individuals for inconveniences such as "mother nature." Don't stay here. You will not feel safe. let them know who we were.

Disappointed!!!!

According to the info, Danny is the host. Never heard or saw him, instead Walter was assisting us. Finding the unit was a headache. Guard finally called Walter because he could not speak a word of English. Lock box hidden around the side of the building, very hard to find after dark. Unit needs a lot of cosmetic work. Broken patio door handle, cabinet laminate peeling,front lower panels of bathroom sinks falling completely off. You're close to the beach but don't expect any equipment or toys to use there, they have none but a small umbrella. Kitchen utensils are few and there is no toaster. Kitchen window was unlocked, as was the patio sliding door in the bedroom. Biggest problem was the internet. We initially thought there was none and we reported this to Walter. He was 50 miles away and apparently it was up to us to figure things out because he wanted me to open the box and send pictures, tech stuff that I am not familiar with. He seemed to not want to deal with my daughter who would have been more tech savvy. The last text she sent to him went unanswered. We pretty much determined that if you had a device using the internet, you were not gonna be able to use your laptop, phone or the other TV. just not enough signal to keep up. As a result was unable to get directions, answer emails, or virtually anything else without knocking something else out. On the plus side, the pool area was nice and the beds were adaquate. I definetly DO NOT recommend this property. Way too much $
