Guest Access:
While staying in our home, you will have access to the whole house to include a full sized washer and dryer located in the basement, the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the full backyard! Our goal is for you to not only make yourself at home, but to truly feel at home!

The Neighborhood:
Our home is nestled in the Patty Jewett neighborhood! The golf course is nearby but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! This is a corner lot house and is full of charm!

Getting Around:
There is parking in the private driveway as well as plenty of street parking available in case you have more than one vehicle!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

Our cleaners do use the laundry room in the basement via a private entry door heading straight to the basement when there are cleans at the cottage next door.
