Featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Seahorse Dreams boasts a beautiful open concept layout with tastefully updated furnishings. This gorgeous home is also complete with a tropical backyard, shared heated pool and spa, picnic table, and chaise loungers and chairs.

Head up to the third floor which is where your dreamy paradise awaits. The great room is light and airy, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. This space offers a new full-size sleeper sofa in order to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. Outside on the lanai you may catch peeks of the gulf and definitely enjoy a gulf breeze while you relax with coffee or a cocktail.

The chef in the family will appreciate the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and quartz counter space that opens to the dining area complete with table for 6. After dinner walk just 95 steps to the beautiful white sand beach and take in the spectacular Gulf sunsets.

Both bedrooms in this thoughtfully designed home are styled with luxury crisp linens, coastal decor and ample closet space. The master suite provides a king bed and ensuite bathroom with both a therapeutic jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features twin over full bunk beds and hallway access to the guest bathroom with tub/ shower combo.

The pool area is shared with the other rental unit in this duplex, Starfish Paradise, but provides two separate gas grills for cooking out. In the garage you will find plenty of supplies for the beach such as chairs, wagon and umbrellas. Head for the beach, just steps away, or explore the beauty of the island from this perfect location. Centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach you can easily navigate the area without having to step foot into your car by catching the free island trolley.

Please note: the garage is used for storage only and parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles.

This rental occupies the entire top floor of the building. There is one other apartment located on the middle level, directly below this apartment.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This home often allows flexible check in and check out, so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
