The main level features a bright, open living space designed to maximize Gulf views. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for casual meals or relaxed evenings in. Step outside to the Gulf-front patio, where outdoor seating invites lingering mornings and sunset dinners.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, private Gulf-view balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities—your own peaceful escape above the shoreline. The second bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a double bed, twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Outdoor Living & Beach Access
Enjoy two private, Gulf-front outdoor spaces—one off the living room and one off the primary bedroom—both offering front-row views of the emerald water and sugar-white sand.

Located in the heart of 30A, Sea Shadows 7 sits in a quiet, low-density Gulf-front community of individually owned townhomes. Bike or stroll along 30A to reach nearby favorites for dining, shopping, and entertainment, all while enjoying a more peaceful beachfront setting than larger resorts.

-There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.

In the heart of 30A in Seacrest Beach. This is unit 7 in a complex of individually owned townhomes right on the Gulf. It is a quiet and family friendly area where you can bike along 30 Avenue to your favorite restaurants, shops, and bars.
There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home.
