Throwback Success

We had a terrific family reunion in Tower Shores, where we vacationed for many years with extended family. The property was just as advertised, and our hosts were super responsive every step of the way, even when we had a few questions while at the property. Every convenience was available in the kitchen and there were some beach items as well. The elevator was a terrific bonus for moving suitcases to the upper floors.

Perfect family getaway

From beginning to end the communication with the owner Diane was so easy. The house is a wonderful retreat on a private beach. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!

Awesome house, awesome location

The house was immaculate, had enough room/space for all our guests, and was super close to the beach. Awesome getaway and the owners were a pleasure. We look forward to staying there again!

Unbeatable location for large family gathering

We rented both units to accommodate a family gathering that included 22 of us from ages 2 - 85. It was beyond perfect. Both houses are well equipped and were very easy to take care of. The house is steps from the beach on a quiet side street. You can go back and forth between houses by removing porch partition. And you can easily make it separate houses so that young ones can get to sleep early! Diane was great to work with and readily responded to all questions. We rented sheets and towels from "Sheets on the Beach" - that made it beyond perfect. Thanks Diane and Randy for a great place to celebrate family time!

Ideal location for quiet week @ the beach

Great home, right across the street from the beach. Well maintained, super clean, and Diane was wonderful in terms of timely communication/responses. This property worked perfectly for our group of three couples and two infants. Very quiet location in the evenings, even in the days just before July 4. Loved the layout and very open 3rd floor living area. If you're a technology/electronics buff, you might wish that the TV in the main living area was a bit more modern. Also, there was no stereo so remember to bring your own if you want tunes. We were happy to have a week with minimal electronics, however :) Baby bonus: one of the queen rooms has a large ventilated closet with A/C, which worked well for the pack & play.

Great beach house

This is such a nice property. It is very roomy, and nicely laid out, so that there is plenty of space for 11 people and you never feel like you are on top of each other or too disconnected from each other. The kitchen is great to work in, and the porch off the living area was our favorite place for our morning coffee. It is clean, pretty, comfortable, the owner was friendly and responsive, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location and Lodging!!!

This was the first time my family - 6 adults and 5 children ages 13, 10, 4 1/2, 4, and 15 mos. had gone on vacation together, and we would all do this again because of the positive experience we had while there. The unit was beautifully decorated and furnished, clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were nicely sized and furnished with comfy beds, and abundant dresser drawers. The washer / dryer were conveniently located and worked well for us. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances with more than adequate cooking/eating utensils. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to dine together. We enjoyed sitting on the deck off the living room often. The master suite is wonderful! The location was a 60 second walk to the beach, if that, and the beach was divine, clean and uncrowded. Ample beach chairs are provided. The small room on the lowest level provided a place to leave sandy shoes, as well as showering in the outside shower with warm water! The neighborhood was safe and friendly - older 2 were able to walk to/from the beach by themselves. Matt's Fish Camp was a 5 minute walk away - excellent crab cakes and grilled shrimp. Ate at Dogfish Head Restaurant in Rehoboth (actual brewery close enough to tour) and we able to attend story hour at the Bethany Bookstore. Many other good restaurants within 10 minutes, north or south. Owners quickly answered all questions and were very courteous. I would recommend this location/unit to anyone!

BEST EXPERIENCE IN 15 SUMMERS AT BETHANY BEACH

We've been coming to Bethany for about 15 years and this was by far our best experience yet. The house is awesome and clearly built with quality. Upgrade is one way to describe it. Diane and Randy were GREAT...extremely organized and very responsive. Here are just a few of the features we really enjoyed: - Kitchen is GREAT, especially for family to bond and cook together - Elevator, PopPop and Nana really appreciated this. - Location, close to beach...and PopPop liked ability to watch kids on beach with binoculars. - Outdoor shower...my wife wouldn't even shower inside, she liked it so much. - Beach gear...never had availability to such nice new stuff before. - Hardwood, granite, solid doors...everything you would want in your house if building it yourself. Can't wait to book again for next year. We recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Great Vacation Home!

Our family of 6 stayed in this beautiful beach home for one of the most relaxed vacations ever. The beach was so close we could all come and go as we pleased - just a few yards away. The beach was private and not crowded at all, which we loved. The home is modern and newly renovated as of this year. Everything is top quality, beautiful and extremely clean. We were a last minute rental situation and Diane was extremely accomodating and easy to work with. Great vacation home!

Great Vacation Home!

Completely updated throughout, clean and functional. We had plenty of space to spread out. The grandparents enjoyed having the upper level master suite and loft. Location is superb! Just steps from the beach, perfect for little ones. Only minutes to downtown Bethany and a short drive to Rehobeth. I highly recommend this excellent property.

Fantastic experience

I stayed for a weekend in this house with friends and family (11 of us total) and it was wonderful. The house is very large, clean, and comfortable, with easy access to the beach, and plenty of decks to lounge on. The owner was very friendly and responsive, and made the entire rental process a pleasure. There are a lot of nice houses people can rent in beach towns, but it's much harder to find an owner who seems genuinely interested in making sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. I was thoroughly impressed with how well we were treated throughout the rental process, including the prompt return of our security deposit, and would highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in spending some time in a great house near the beach.

Very NIce Brand New

I had the luxury of renting this home from 8/20/10 thru 8/29/10 and the home is new. A few steps away from the private beach in a very nice, quiet community. Diane was extreamly easy to work with and actually sent an email a to me a few days into our vacation just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was as expected. I will be renting this home again next year.
